So, Nico is a character of mine I love to death. However, his profile is way too...bland.
There isnt enough info and such.
I however dont know what to put to flesh him out a bit more. Help please?

I think his personality and history could use some more detailing.
His past focuses a lot on his grandmother and, ironically, basic information about the present rather than his past. I completely understand feeling like a history is unnecessary (I rarely include one myself) but if you would like to flesh it out some more, maybe tell us a bit more about his childhood and his parents.
What was his relationship with his parents like when he was still living with them? What does he think of them now?
When did he start to live with his grandmother? How did he react to being handed off to her? What is his opinion of her?
What was school like for him? What are his friends like? Did he have any significant life events? Goals? Aspirations?
As for personality, 'why' questions often help flesh out both his past and more of his personality.
Why does he lie a lot? What does he tend to lie about?
Why does he act innocent if he isn't? What exactly does that mean?
Why is he shy? What kind of shy is he?
In what ways is he considered wise?
What does he consider to be mature or immature? How mature is he, according to his beliefs?
What kind of impulses does he have?
Is he in control of his emotions? Are there any emotions he's especially susceptible to?
Is there anything he's self conscious about or considers a weakness of his?
Is there anything he's really proud of and likes about himself?
I could probably go on all day. There are lots of templates/character sheets out there full of questions like these to help you figure out your character. Not all of the information is important and some of it may be completely irrelevant to your character, but it still helps get you thinking.
Edit: I should clarify, when you answer these questions, you don't have to put them in the profile like a list format. Sometimes it's easier to use the information to build a paragraph or two about your character, or to help you expand on some things that you talked about in the profile. It's up to you.
