I am changing up Addison's backstory for this a bit, so bare with me.
Addison had always been scrawny, yet tall. He was bullied for it, too. Then came summer, and it was more of a break from the pain that's been caused to him. He always had the question;
Why?
But, he decided to do something. He ate a lot, and decided to turn the weight he gained into muscle mass, and he did it extraordinarily quickly, too. People from school started to spot him, and posted pictures online. Then came the stalkings. People started to try to get a glimpse of my ripped body, or the toned chest, but yet most didn't.
I lived with my cousins at the time, and they kept their yard nice and neat. So, I was outside helping them with the yard, and without thinking, I took my shirt off, so the sweat won't turn my shirt into a wet piece of cotton and stick to me. I sighed in relief, and kept working.
(By the way, I want this to be long-term, and I would like you to be detailed, but not too detailed, just at least a small paragraph.)

Plausible legends of ancient magic, but current magic is not common.
