After the fallout of a deadly nuclear war fades away, humanity starts to slowly recover once more. There is fear in the hearts of people, though, which is why they've split society into two parts. The aristocrats are those that are living in a vast city protected by an AI shield that protects them from the deadly particles that may still be lingering in the outside world. The poor are shunned and made to live in villages outside the shield. The only way for those outside to change their life for the better is to attend a prestigious academy -- a gift given by the aristocrats. If the people can prove themselves to be useful assets, then they will be given the chance to enter the city.

The academy itself doesn't offer any school subjects. Instead, all the students are trained by combat experts. Most who manage to graduate from the academy become bodyguards of those living in the city.

Could the toxic cycle be broken?

Well I can't join since it only allows people 16 or older in, but to my luck my birthday is tomorrow so that's good.

Sorry about that! I removed the age requirement. It's just that the themes might get dark time from time considering the way the world works but it shouldn't be too bad.

On a side note, my birthday is 2 days from now!

So when does this get launched?

When everyone joins the group and sets up a small description of the role of their character -> student/teacher/civilian/fighter etc. so I can start the plot up! ^^
