2045
Thirty years after the extinction event. The world is at peace with little to no conflict. In this world, there are no longer single governments. A government called Dark Celestial Council or DCC rules the whole world. But its not like people are oppressed or hate the government. They really truly have no reason to. There is no poverty. The rich wantonly donates to the poor and help balance out the scale. DCC Police force pretty much runs all the former nations of the world. The leader of DCC is a mysterious figure no one knows the name of.
The one considerable threat, that one can assume to exist in this world comes in the form of Kaiju who appear from the ocean floors to terrorize the surface world. Well, to that end, the UNKD exists as it always had, and recently, it had come up with a gigantic robot to deal with some of the bigger Kaiju.
DCC has its base in what was previously known as USA, in the "White House" from which the mysterious entity controls the whole world, its magic and its technology without anyone being there to really oppose.

This RP along with other RP's I publish are written within the same universe, and as such, there is correlating canon between RP to RP between characters who write within the universe.
RP Rules within the universe are simple:
- No Godmodding: This means, a PC (player character) is not allowed to decide what happens, or move another player's character unless otherwise given explicit permission to do so. For example, I can tell my friend that they can move my character to location B, from location A in their post. Unless I agreed to be moved, you are not allowed to move me.
- No selling: Similar to the godmodding rule, actions performed by player character A cannot work on player character B, unless they themselves write it out as having worked on them or given permission by the writer to write it so that the attack worked on them.
- No instant solutions: You cannot eliminate global crisis like AIDS, Poverty, Famine etc. by simply writing them in a single post. You are certainly welcome to try. Any event or RP with far-reaching consequences must be contestable by the rest of the players within the universe.
- NPCs: In my opinion, this is one of the most important aspects of the universe I'm looking to build. Your movement within the universe must sell NPC response and involvement as they would realistically. This means, you can't just go and rob a bank without selling the appropriate responses from civilians and/or police departments or the resident hero community that might be prevalent.
