Sheralia's tail flicked slightly when Casey went to smell her. She looked over and gave an inquisitive stare to Liege and Casey. She moved slightly closer to Arzenalus who appreciated the gesture of concern.

((So sorry about the super late reply! I meant to reply sooner but because of school, work, and me losing my drafts, I kinda didn't. sorry!))

Izzaliah could feel the wind blow from the mouth of the cave. She shivered even through her well made cloak. Faenor saw his companions shiver. With a small roar he sent a line of flame between the two other dragons and their riders to the circle in the middle of the cave. It went up immeadiatly. The young princess looked down hiding her smirk. "Show off." She whispered. Faenor didn't reply but let out a snort, steam rising from his red nostrils.

Casey saw the flame coming and quickly snatched Liege by their robes to pull them back away from the danger. Dangling from the dragon's mouth, the elf didn't really seem to notice how close they were to getting burnt. "Right there!" they exclaimed. They moved their hand in a line between them and Arzenalus and his dragon to point out the line Faenor had just made between the two groups. "That is what I have my lands surrounded with. A defense that is also an offense. Thanks for bring it up Faenor!" The strange elf pointed at the red dragon playfully before Casey dropped them.

They landed on their feet with ease. "I just remembered. That is right. My kingdom is going to be celebrating in a week the most important festival in our rich land, The Decrowning Day! Revering the overthrow of the oppressive tyrant King Alecbar that once held my people on a chain. Parties, entertainment, games, and food. We'll have everything. Not to mention the Grand Ball of Reverence where once a year I give back to the people who were so kind as to vote me into the position of Liege. Fine food and fancy dancing." They did spin before pretending to dance with a partner. "I'd be selfish not to tell you about it."

Sheralia stepped to the side, pulling Arzenalus with her. They both watched as the flame streaked down the corridor and terminated in the center of the cave. He smirked slightly until Liege began speaking. He listened silently until Liege finished talking.

"It has been many years since I have attended a ball. I may make some time to attend." Arzenalus said, thinking back to his schedule he keeps and recalling that he has available time for the ball.

"Yes, I do have available time to attend the ball. I will have to notify my secretary of this to prevent any unwanted scheduling issues." He said thoughtfully.

Izzaliah winced as she saw the other riders as they avoided Faenors fire. She knew his fire was super accurate. At the mention of the ball and it's reasoning. Her own kingdom was happy with her family and their ruleing. They were loved by the people. "Congratulations." The princess said. She oddly felt out of place.

"I'll enjoy your company greatly," they announced to the man with a bow before twirling around to the woman. "Thank you for that. I understand if you can't make it. Your words are greatly appreciated in any case." He took her hand and kissed it suddenly.

Casey who had been scratching his mane with his back foot like a dog looked up suddenly with his leg still kicking slightly. Boundaries, he fussed through the other's mind.

Liege turned to the gold dragon. "It's just her hand," they answered out loud. "You told me to not kiss people on the mouth cause of romance and marriage or something like." The elf apparently did not know much about personal boundaries. Casey has been much like an advisor in social settings. True, he couldn't control every excited and quirky action, and he didn't really want to if it wasn't doing harm. Liege just need to be reminded others are rarely as open as them.

Arzenalus watched the exchange, slightly amused. The nation he was ambassador for does not have any set traditions aside from the most widely observed holidays. The nation is still fairly new and developing, hence his participation in this meeting.

"And what about you young lady? Are there any annual traditions celebrated by the nation you hail from?" He asked looking back at her.

Izzaliah blinked as the Ambassador addressed her. She then composed herself and nodded in acknowledgement. "I come from the kingdom of Sailgrenia." The princess said with a tad bit of pride. "My--I mean our kingdom is a small country but we have a fierce navy and are the leading country to work on environmental protection and the sciences. We are naturalists and we pride ourselves on our pristine kingdoms beautiful waters and towns that are some of the cleanliest in the world." The beautiful young dragon rider said.
Not to mention you were the one who helped initiate the programs. Fëanor said a glimmer of pride in his eyes at his companion. Izzaliah gazed at him affectionately before she continued.
"If you wish to know more I'd be happen to escort you to our lands and show you our facilities and our ways of life. We are a small kingdom true but we are fierce in heart and in spirit." She said. "Not to mention our Navy is among the strongest in the world." She said with a smile.

"Hmm. I'd be willing to visit your kingdom in 3 weeks time if that fits in with your schedule." He said looking up at Sheralia.

"Actually now that I think about it, I believe I have encountered your kingdom's navy in the past. I was doing a simple naval border patrol with Sheralia here when we encountered a pair of scouting ships. I simply told them that they were encroaching on our territorial holdings and they left without much trouble. I had not suspected that they hailed from Sailgrenia." He said reflecting on that day from 18 years ago.

"Quite interesting," Liege said touching their chin. They sat and Casey caught them on his nose, lifting the elf up on his head. "Would you be willing to discuss foreign research teams? My lands are fairly cut off from most others, excluding out neighbor to the west. Not many take residence on the desert side of our mountain border. Our only access to the sea is the bay and that's not much. If you'd be willing, I'd love to send some of my top aquatic researchers to scout out and study creatures near or around your land. I will have them learned on your laws." They seemed excited about the idea of finding and learning more on new creatures. The pointed ears wiggled as they stared off in a second.

"It does help to know that the waters are probably clean so they might be largely unaffected by any human interaction." They reached down and patted the dragon's nose beneath them. He closed his eyes enjoying his rider's praise.
