Well, hello! 😊 I'm Arya. I'm obviously new to this site but not to roleplay. I've been role-playing for ten years now and I'm writing my own bokks, sadly I haven't published any. I have a few friends in the real world and I love them dearly! 💓 sadly, 😞 I have severe depression and anxiety along with suicidal thoughts. I do go to a therapist! ! Also I have depression and bad anxeity as well and it is hard to manage but that is why you take 1 day at a time and just try your best to use copeing skills like deep breathing and meditation ! It helps clear the mind of bad thoughts.

Hello, welcome to the website. I am so sorry to hear that you are suffering with depression and suicidal thoughts... I can relate, I've been diagnosed countless times with severe depression and generalized anxiety, I've been in the hospital for suicidal ideation and self harm.
It is such a tough road, and often times you just want to give up, but remember you are not alone, and I know it is so hard to believe but suicide is not the answer, hang in there and find reasons to smile and a reason to keep going
