my main source of inspiration, and the game I play most often, is World of Warcraft. my preference is to draw characters from this universe, but I'll gladly also illustrate Furcadian OCs, as well as those in other 'verses given an appropriate description of them to work on.

i. You, the Client, are entitled to regular updates regarding your commissioned artwork and may contact me at any time by any listed method to request further updates. only weekly updates are guaranteed; your request determines more.
☆ RIGHTS & USAGE
i. upon completion and delivery of the purchased image, and following full customer satisfaction, You, the Client, are entitled to alter the image as you see fit barring removal of artist signature.
ii. if any edits or alterations are made to the image and the altered image is displayed publicly, You, the Client, agree to denote that the image has undergone alterations unaffiliated with the Artist.
iii. as a personal commission Clients, You agree at the time of commission that you do not have commercial rights to the image and may not sell or redistribute the image for financial gains without written consent from the Artist.

i. large edits will only be available during the sketch phase. once the sketch is approved by You, the Client, no major changes to the artwork will be available, such as concept, point of view, depicted character, etc.

☆ PAYMENT
i. all payments must be in USD currency (United States currency), and will be paid via PayPal.

☆ TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
i. the contract will automatically be terminated and considered void if there is no communication from You, the Client, within two weeks of initial contact, i.e. submission of commission form by approved methods.
ii. You, the Client, may terminate any project at any time but will not be guaranteed a full refund. partial refunds may be negotiated in the early stages of production, but no refund may be offered for completed images.
