The World
New York City, U.S.A. Centuries in the future, New York City becomes the new hub for scientists, and yes, most of them mad. Nuclear fallout threatened the world more than ever, as did the rise of a new android superior race. So much experimentation happening at once, the city was bound to implode under the weight of it eventually.
Then the androids received upgrades: they could choose to forget they were built in the first place, and instead live as if they'd been born human. Or so was one mad scientist's vision. The only problem, however, was the risk of the newly built humans discovering their true identities. Some would go mad, some would become suicidal or homicidal, and others would covet this fact for evil purposes.
Luckily, this scientist was found guilty and plead insanity, to be thrown in an ever-growing madhouse, awaiting a trial that would never come. His factory was shut down by the government...
...or so the government says. Many of this scientist's "experiments" somehow ended up in the populace, most unaware that they are programmed. But there are a few, however, that know for a fact that they are.
These androids are considered dangerous and most wanted. Most can turn off the knowledge that they are robots for an allotted amount of time in order to avoid detection. But all androids living peacefully could go into the doctor's for a visit and be taken in for maintenance instead. Their government-issued IDs have trackers that let the medical professionals know to turn it over to the engineers.

The Plot
The subject in question is one of the dangerous androids mentioned above, affected by a recent computer virus that had gone active for 24 hours. Our characters may have amnesia, ulterior motives, or just be along for the ride. We may fight, kill, or even team up in many situations. We will explore the possibility of any and all other "scientific-related disasters" we can think of. Relationships will form, break, and change, and hopefully, so will the characters themselves.
