I haven't got any specific ideas (yet) for an RP with Finn (adult) but I think it would be easier to come up with one once I've found a partner to RP him with.
He's an up and comer in the UFC's featherweight division (145 pounds) so he's not exactly famous to the point of being a household name, or being known to the normies.
