Background
It was the year 591 of the 3rd era when the the Circle declared war on all the lands in Albion. Knowing they couldn't win by themselves, the lands formed a coalition and went to war under a united flag. The Great War had begun and lasted 6 long yearsand during the last battle all the lands turned on the Kingdom of Mendrossa as this was the most profitable piece of land and also the largest.
In this battle everyone was exhausted of fighting but managed to kill the King along with its dragon, they all celebrated and made jokes on how easy it would be to capture the capital that had no army left. Although this is what the coalition thought and as they marched on the capital they were expecting no resistance but when they arrived they found the capital heavily defended. The newly declared Empeor had rallied avery last men and defended the nexly found Empire from the traiters that had killed his father. After 2 weeks the armies of the coalition had been defeated by a 15 year old boy, humiliated and broken they all returned to their own lands, disbanding the coalition.
Now, 6 years later, the lands are failing under their incompetent leaders, except for the Empire of Mendrossa which had been restored and was even greater than before. The lands were dying and the Circle was slowly regaining its strength and this time they had little resistance from the lands as they had no armies left.
World
The magical world of Albion was a divided world of Men, Elf, Orc, Dwarf and many more. Only these 4 were the most powerful kingdoms in this world, there were provinces where Men ruled, one where the Elves ruled, one where the Dwarves ruled and on where Orcs ruled. Other races didn't have a kingdom and just stayed wherever they were welcom or had camps set up in the wild.
In the North however, beyond the dark mountain ranges and fierce volcano's, there was a kingdom of evil. Controlled and ruled by 7 powerful mages, the Circle of Dracus. The land they controlled were just barren plains with ruined villages and the summoning pits which they used to summon their creatures.
The land South of this horrible place is home of the Mendrossan Empire, it's lush farms and prosperous mines makes this the richest region of them all. During the great war this was the only land that endured and was still the most powerfull in the land of men.
Kalum was the capital city of the Kingdom of Kalum and also ruled by men but its king was rotten and the lands had fallen ill by a unknown disease. the people were starving and food was scarce, it's economy ruined and poverty was the only thing this land had.
Kyosta was home to the Dwarves and their mines were located in the hills of this land. The small hills looked like not much but they were richer than you might think. But due to their losses in the great ar this land was also poor and its economy was ruined, the dwarven race was slowly getting extinct if nothing was done. The dwarven kings did nothing and there were alot of rebel groups forming in this region.
Meliassa was home to the proud Elves and their grand woods were the only thing they had left as the great war had cost them almost everything. Now they have announced their isolation and stopped every kind of trade with the other lands. Hoping that they could recover on their own, but the land was very poor and supplies were rare.
Dranor was an Island, an Island where the orcs lived and they were isolated from the rest. They were focused on themselves and weren't doing that bad for themselves but a failed attempt to unite the clans lead to a civil war between the clans.

Magic is very common. Magic-tech, grand floating islands, forests that sing, magical creatures may be an every-day occurrence.
Renaissance
Combat is expected as part of the storyline but it won't dominate the plot.
