This Looking For RP topic is marked as closed, meaning it is no longer seeking new players.

I've been rolling these plots around in my head, and there are quite a few variations I was interested in; however, these seem to be the two(?) most well formed ones currently.

Plot A -- The Runaway Groom -- Jason Archerson [MxM]
Perhaps you're a prince struggling to stabilize your Kingdom, or a nobleman intent on climbing the ladder and increasing your own status. Either way your good friend, the King of Dicon (a small mining kingdom known for its wealth and prosperity), has extended an offer to you, too good to miss- his son Jason's hand in marriage, and the spot beside him as the future Kings of the Kingdom of Dicon.

The only issue? Your fiance is off goddess knows where, doing goddess knows what, and the news of your betrothal has gone public- meaning not only will he be fleeing from you, but you'll both have plenty of adversaries coming for your heads and your wealth. Will you be able to locate the runaway prince before he loses his head, and if you do, will you have the heart to drag him back to the castle life he loathes so much?

Or are your intentions less pure- once married, after all, Jason will remain in control of Dicon...but if he happens to die before hand...

Plot B -- The Prize Game -- Iskra Sokol
The Onyx Bandits are well adjusted to being hunted, but their King, the feirce Iskra Sokol, is hardly suspecting the new warrant for her capture.

From the north, the Sokol Family has reemerged, with her father at the forefront- a wicked man with a grin that could only mean trouble, and the title of Sherrif to the frozen tundra known as the Land of Tishina. Though the winters last nearly all year, the people there are hardened warriors, stone cold killers, and gifted hunters; all traits necessary for someone living in an ice box like Tishina. And to the south, came a message, scattered across job boards and in the mouths of messangers.

The warrant demands one thing- Iskra Sokol, delivered alive (though it makes sure to point out that unharmed is NOT a priority) to the north. And the prize is the deadly bandits hand in marriage, as well as a large sum of gold and land, courtesy of the Sherrif and the King himself.

With the bounty set out, the Onyx bandits have scattered, their top members moving from hideout to hideout. But with such a dangerous game, Iskra can't help but tease, popping up in villages and causing chaos where as she dives between locations. Can you capture the bandit and bring her back home? And let's be honest.
Is it even worth it?

As usual, the plots are pretty flexible-- im definitely up for discussing details. If you'd prefer to see another one of my characters in this kind of scenario, just let me know- I've had a few rolling around for characters like Marcello, Katja, and Anke, but they're not as defined so I didn't want to post them just yet. Jason is the only one specifically MxM, just how he is. Iskra swings any way she likes, if you can manage to get her to actually like you. I'm not going to be flexible with Jacob's preference.

Both plots are intended to be 1x1

DM me or comment if you happen to be interested! And as always if you've got a different plot in mind, don't hesitate to hmu!
Magic 60%
Magic may be accepted as truth but is not common. It might be harnessed only by specific beings. Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones.
Technology 20%
Iron age
Combat 70%
More combat than not. The setting may be at war, and the characters will likely get involved whether or not they seek it out.
