I would like to start a group RP for a Modern time, but with magic of all sorts. We can discuss locations, but I would like this to be no combat sort of RP. I wouldn't mind either if people in the rp had more than one oc.
Mundane? What's that? Magic permeates every part of the setting. Almost everyone has access to strong magic.

No combat. If problems arise, players may be expected to solve it without resorting to violence.
