October ran the pounding of other paws behind her, made her go faster, it had been almost a year and they were still after her, she eventually made it to a clearing, she looked around and saw a pack of wolves, she growled low, seeing moon,lucy, marik,dib, jagger, snow, snowy and many other wolves.she went into self defense mood and arched her back growling

(Hello, I'm awake now)

Moon sighed and stood wearily, walking over to her. He licked the top of her head gently, showing that he was to be no threat to her.

(Lmao)

Marik followed. "Guess I'm not the only rogue wolf then. They're popping up everywhere now"

Moon sighed, nodding tiredly. "They really are." He then turned to face Marik. ".... And I could really use an extra paw to help me out.... And, considering that you've been an Alpha..... I was wondering if you could at least temporarily help me look after the pack?"

Snow followed Moon over to the other rogue wolf, "Hi there!" Snow said to the pther wolf.

"Me? Don't you have a beta already? I wouldn't want to feel like I'm taking someone's position"

"No, not as Beta. More like my Temp. Besides, he, um.... He's busy still trying to find his mate. And I could really use a break from time-to-time."

"Well considering part of the reason I left was because of leadership responsibilities..." He sighed and looked down. "I can fight if needed but not so much help lead"

"That's all I need. I don't need a mental break- I need a physical one. Have you ever had to go a week without having enough time to yourself to even groom yourself?" Moon said, shuddering slightly.

"Just part of the struggle of being a rogue wolf" He responded

"Really?"

While dib was still sitting with jagger, she was still able to hear what was going on with her dad and the others. She shift uncomfortably in her seat after hearing her dad asking marik to help him out.

"Yeah..." He looked up at Moon. "It's tough not having a pack, not having anyone to lean on, be friends with. Most things a normal wolf would do like finding a mate seem distant when you're out alone"
