She turned him to the side to unblock his air ways “moon...?”

Moon started breathing again.

Jay looked to Marik worriedly.

Marik sank to the ground, and shook his head. "Why me...?" He said quietly.

Jay shakily went down next to him, licking his cheek gently. "What's wrong?

She laid down next to him and nozzles his nose “moon..”

"I feel awful..." he didn't look up at her. "I left cause I was a coward, a dumb coward. I couldn't accept my responsabilities and because of my selfish actions-" he was close to breaking down. "A leader who has absolutely no right is in charge"

Moon gently returned the gesture, smiling feebly.

She went to help him up to go to his den

Jay rubbed her cheek against his affectionately. "It's okay.... I know you're not a coward- You're smart. Some just confuse the two...."

He shook he head and looked back up at her. "No..." he took a deep breath. "The alpha who's in charge now he- he killed my father..." he looked away again sadly.

Jay sighed slightly. "I think you should fight for your leadership.... That guy's a jerk."

Moon smiled slightly. "Th-thanks...."

She nodded and laid next to him in his den “I’m sorry..”

"B-But I left, they'll never take me back. Not after I abandoned them. Besides... I'm not a good leader" he rested his head on his paws.

Moon shook his head. "It's okay. Come in- Please."

Jay blushed and gently licked his nose. "Now, that's not true. You're a great leader...."

She slowly inched into his den, not wanting to get him hurt again, she laid in front of him, her eyes full of worry

He gently gestured for her to come and lay next to him.

She came in and laid in front of him ears back and tail tucked

"What skills do I have? I can't command, look after pups, heal, all things a good alpha needs. I can only fight"

Moon looked at her worriedly. "You okay?"

Jay blushed. "You healed me.... And you kind of commanded Roan to go away... And..." Jay looked down, blushing deeply. And you'll make a great father.... She thought to herself.

He sighed and looked down. "I don't even know if I could beat Zan in a fight"
