Jay nodded, blushing.

Moon gently escorted October to Jay, growling at the wolves of whom were snapping at his tail.

She followed moon, snapping at the wolves who got too close to her

Moon stopped next to Jay, nodding to her.

She looked over at jay, she could clearly see jay’s pup bump, she looked back over at zan and marik

Zan and his hench wolves laughed at Marik's statement. Zan spoke up. "We both know by doing that, you're signing a death sentence"

"Maybe.. but I'm not letting this pack fall flat because of you." Marik responded. "This afternoon, the old combat ground."

Zan stopped laughing and smirked. "To the death?"

Marik looked up at him. "To the death..." he repeated.

She looked at the two of them, she let out a low growl towards zan

Jay flinched at the last statement. She had known that it was going to happen, she just hadn't heard it said aloud until now....

Moon noticed Jay's bump, too.

"Very well then" Zan scoffed. "This afternoon shall be your time of death." He smirked and went to prepare.

Marik turned back to the other three."Come on, we're going to see an old friend of mine"

She nodded and followed behind him, her gaze kept going back to jay’s stomach “....”

Moon followed too, along with Jay.

“We’re does this wolf..live” she said still looking at jay’s stomach

Moon shrugged slightly, then noticed that October was staring at Jay's bump. "Is everything okay, hon?"

They enter a cave. Inside are two female wolves. One is around Marik's age and one is an elder, they were talking quietly.

"Monica? Taru?" He called out.

The one around Marik's age, Monica turns. Her eyes widen. "Marik!" she squeals and runs up to him. She nuzzled his neck, crying. "I thought you'd never come back." she says between sobs. The older wolf, Taru, walks over. "Young alpha.." she addresses, bowing.

"Not quite yet" Marik responded, looking agitated. "It's good to see you you guys again." He turns to the other three. "Guys meet Monica, my childhood friend and Taru, the pack's elder. Tara, Monica, this is Moon and October, they're from another pack. And this..." he turned to Jay. "Is my mate, Jay."

She nodded slowly and looked up at the two wolves in front of her, she nodded a hello

Jay felt slightly jealous of Monica, but tried to ignore it.

Moon smiled and nodded.

“I’ll ask jay about it when we get back to the clearing...” she thought to herself as she looked at the other two wolves in front of her

Moon smiled slightly.

"Ooh, Marik found a mate" Monica teases, her true jokey personality coming through now.

He blushed "Shut it Monica, I'm assuming you probably have a mate by now"

"Ha! Nah, ever since Zan took over, most of the male wolves have joined him, don't like that." she sighed. "So, why'd you come back?"

"I came back to take control again..." he responded.

"But that means..." Monica responded.

"Yes, I'm to fight to the death this afternoon." He looked down, slightly worried.

She looked over at moon then back at marik and monica

Jay licked Marik's cheek encouragingly and affectionately. "It's alright, I know you'll win...."

Moon smiled softly at October.
