Marik nuzzles Jay again before sitting up and looking over the pack. "From this day forth, no one will be left out. We'll all be equal. Hunt together, live together, survive together. This is a new era. An era of peace and prosperity." He finishes. Some of the wolves start cheering as he looks back at his friends and smiles.

Jay had finally begun to settle into her new pack, feeling the progression of the pups inside of her for the past couple of moons. She new that the time was soon, and that Marik would know what to do when the time came. She just wasn't quite sure if she'd be ready, too. It had all happened so fast.... All of this was what went through Jay's head as she lay beside Marik on the Sunning Rocks, warmed by the springs soft sunlight.
Moon had had to bring the news upon his pack that their most valuable Healer, Jay, had left. There were some fits of rage, but there was mostly compassion and understanding. Moon had been anxious for the day his Omega's pups would come, for he was not entirely sure if he would know what to do. He sighed wistfully as he looked out upon the sunrise, standing before his pack.
