“Ya it’s important to me..or I wouldn’t be here..” she looked over at him with a eyebrow raised.
"You sure love this job " he smiled gently to her
“Ya..I do.. and hey I didn’t have this job I would have never met you..” she gave him a sincere smile.
"OH am I special to you?" he was wondering
Her face instantly went red and she looked away from him, “I mean....” was all she could get out, ‘I just put myself in a corner...’ she thought to herself.
" If that is so? Well I'll just gonna try my best to be a good and useful counsellor. Besides our duty matters on this camp."
“Ya....” she said trying to recover form blushing so much, she was still turned away from him. She rubbed her hands together under her shirt for heat.
He notice that her face is red "HEy are you alright? Your face is like a strawberry? Do you have a fever ?"
“I’m fine...” she let out a small breath and looked at him. She took her arms out of her shirt a little warmer now.
"are you sure about that Jess? You dont look fine to me."
“I’m fine..alright..?” She gave a sight smile, she was still a little red, but it was calming down some.
"Well if you say so. " he chuckled a little
She shook her head laughing a little, “do you want to go inside, I’m kinda cold..and wet..” she looked at her shirt.
"Well I have nothing else to do here. Lead the way."
She lead him inside the counselors cabin and walked to her door, “I’m going to change, be right back..” she walked into her room shutting the door behind her but not locking it.
He just lean to the wall next to her door while waiting for her.
She trusted him so she began to get undressed she wen to her closet looking at her options, she grabbed a T-shirt and some athletic shorts and she put fuzzy socks on.
As he wait he was thinking on what he will gonna cook tomorrow lunch and dinner.
She walked out and looked at him, “whatcha ya thinking?” She smiled at him feeling warmer already.
"Oh just thinking on what to cook tomorrow. Its a way to kill my time waiting for you."
