Welcome to Camp Crossriver, a mildly popular summer camp located somewhere in Wisconsin. Featuring games, crafts, and the usual camp food of somewhat questionable quality, it's a nice place for parents to send their kids so they can relax for the summer.

Magic is allowed for this RP.

You can play as a camp counselor if you want.

Kate, Gracie, Max, Drew, and Kayla step off the bus in order and stand around for a moment before Kate speaks up. "Well crew, we're here. Camp Crossriver."

Kayla stares at Kate for a moment. "Ya think?!"

May I join? With my character Claire.

(Okie dokie.) I come off the bus after a bunch of people with my bit of an over-sized black drawstring bag. I only brought a few things including some clothes, my sketchbook, pencils, earbuds, and my really old MP3 Player. I go over to one of the people that were in the group ahead of me. "So do we stay in tents or cabins?" I ask. (I'm wearing black boots, dark green pants, and a mint green loose hoodie.)

Kayla whips around. "Cabins, Miss!!"

Kate addresses her siblings. "Hey guys, Gracie and I are gonna go grab everyone's bags from the trailer. Don't run off," she says, pointing to a trailer that was hooked to the bus they'd arrived on. The two girls get moving, leaving Max, Drew, and Kayla alone.

"Thanks." I say with a small smile. I shrug and stand behind the group of people. I listen to music loudly with my earbuds on, waiting for the cabin assignments to be announced.

Kate and Gracie return carrying lots of luggage: 5 suitcases and 3 backpacks, really. Drew and Kate were the only ones currently wearing backpacks.

Kate then trips and drops the two backpacks and two suitcases she was carrying. "Darn it!!"

I rush over quickly, helping you up and picking up a few bags. "You okay?" I ask as I shove my earbuds in my hoodie pocket.

"Yeah, thanks," Kate says, getting up and brushing herself off. She takes the bags and passes them out just as a camp counselor begins shouting an announcement through a megaphone.

"ALRIGHT!! WELCOME TO CAMP CROSSRIVER!! THIS IS YOUR HOME FOR THE NEXT 2.5 MONTHS, SO LET'S GET CABIN ARRANGEMENTS STARTED! When I call your name, please come up to receive your cabin number! Arrangements are mostly random, though they are separated by gender, and if you have family members with you you'll likely be placed in the same cabin!"

And with that, names were starting to be called. Eventually the Hayes siblings were called.

"Hayes, Drew! Hayes, Gracie! Hayes, Kate! Hayes, Kayla! Hayes, Max!" The siblings get their cabin numbers and return to where they were standing earlier. Kayla and Gracie had wound up in the same cabin, while Kate had been separated from them. Max and Drew were together as well.

After awhile, Claire was called.

"Lanchester, Claire!"

I block my ears a little as I walk over and get my cabin assignment. I go down to my cabin and unpack a little since I brought a small blanket as well. I put away my earbuds and MP 3 player and wait to meet my cabin 'buddy' here.

Kayla kicks the cabin door open and hops onto a bed. "Dibs!!"

Gracie follows in. "Kayla, why?"

I shrug and figure I'm alone in my cabin. I tuck my sketchbook underneath my bed so most people don't see it. I change into different clothes since I'm a bit hot. I keep my hoodie on but I take off my boots and pants, putting on green denim short shorts and black Vans.

Gracie scolds Kayla for kicking the door open and unpacks.

I straighten out my Spider Man blanket and put my teal pillow on the bed. I lay down and take out my MP 3 Player, my earbuds, a pencil, and my sketchbook. I listen to music as I sketch in my book, being held with my knees up. I sketch a sad realistic bunny as I wait to know what activities we are gonna do.

Two voices cmon on the intercom “hey...I’m talking first..” a female voice said, “whatever have fun..” a male voice was heard
“Alright campers, cmon down to the river with your bathing suits to head your first activity!!” The female voice said in a cheerful tone and the intercom switched off, Scarlet and jay put on their bathing suits and went down to the river and waited for the campers

I put on my black bikini and shove everything under the bed. I go out to the river and tie my hair in a pony tail as I reach the river. "What are we doing?" I ask. I smile widely and pick up a frog I find since I love frogs. I stare at it for a little, "Ouu, a fire belly."

She was greeted by twins, they both had dyed blue hair, blue eyes, the girl was wearing a bikini that was black and had a metal piece in the center of her chest, the guy was wearing black swim trunks nothing really special, they both looked about 18

The guy looked over at the girl with the frog “were basically just swimming and tubbing down the river..”
The girl smiled, “were the camp counselors I’m scarlet and he’s jay, and it will be a whole lot of fun!”
Scarlet seemed a lot more peppy then jay, but maybe that was just cause it was her job

Gracie and Kayla dart out of the cabin wearing swimsuits. Both were one piece. Kayla's was bright blue with a white exclamation mark on the front, and Gracie's was a simple mint green.

Kate walks out of her cabin wearing a black one piece swimsuit covered in white polka dots and meets up with her siblings.

All of a sudden, Drew kicks the door of a nearby cabin open and dashes towards his siblings. He's wearing blue swim trunks. Max follows soon after wearing matching swim trunks. It's very hard to tell them apart, but Drew has a few more freckles than Max. Max's hair was neater, too.

"Hi, uh-" Gracie begins greeting the twins but gets confused. "Who's who..?"

"Oh, cool. Nice to meet you guys, I'm Claire." I say as I kneel down and put the frog onto the ground. I see a few other people come and I sit on the ground against a tree and wait patiently.

((Her siblings))

"Uh, I'm Max," Drew lies.

Gracie totally buys this. "Ahhh okay! Hi Max!"

Drew snickers.

"So when can we start?" I ask as I look over at the few people by the counselors. I sigh and get up, crossing my arms.
