It looks like runners are taken since two people are runners now so if the runner isn't available anymore is it ok if I'm second in command?

Yep! You can be a Runner if you want, there’s one slot open still, or you can be Second in Command, whichever you’d like.

Dunno. I THINK so? If someone could PM them, that’d be great, I’m super cramped right now and my device is acting weird, keeps glitching out.
