Hello! I'm looking for some RP partners, preferably long-term, that write well. I don't want to sound rude - it's just very hard for me to get really invested into the plot when there are hardly 3 sentences. I tend to write at least a few paragraphs, but it depends on a current scene too - there might be a very thrilling scenes with lots of descriptions, where I'll write much more but also calmer, where I could write a little bit less than usual. I do my best to just describe everything needed as best as I can.
English is not my first language and I might make some light spelling or grammar mistakes, but I do my best to correct them before sending. ^^

Let's get to the point - RP of course. I have two character sheets for now (a lot more in my head though), both are fantasy-related. I really like to have at least a small smudge of this fantasy kept, at the same time I'm not very good with a high fantasy setting - Dungeons&Dragons, something like that. I like when magical community struggles with humanity, when magic is uncommon and rarely tolerated. I'm not very keen on slaying dragons and having OP mages everywhere.

My main priority here is my character Cailean - that's probably my favorite one now and I'm thinking primarily about using him. And because I'm a huge fan of romance in the plot, I'm mostly looking for female characters. Unfortunately, I rarely make exceptions - even though I don't have anything against MxM topics, I find it very hard to break up and begin one. For me Cailean matches neither submissive or dominant role, sorry.
Anyway, if you want to know more about him - I recommend visiting his character sheets, also I'm open to any questions via PM.

In a world where magic is considered a heavy sin and destroyed in any way possible. In such harsh environment, getting caught by royal guards was almost certainly linked to very slow, painful death.
And when Cailean got caught, he basically accepted his fate. Getting brutally beaten, almost tortured and humiliated, he had no hope for getting out of the underground prison alive.
But someone, who he would later call his guardian angel or a living miracle, accidentally found him - it was a girl (YC), simple housemaid went to the basement, but strayed and found herself in a prison wing. Moved by the way guards treated a harmless person, angry because of the lies king would tell them about "taking care of mages" every day, she decided to set him free and help him escape the city, knowing it would banish her as well. Cailean, full of gratitude, decided to run away as well and accompany her whenever she goes, promising to protect her.

Scenery: Semi-medieval, not historically accurate, just no cars and preferably a monarchy.

Alternatives: YC is not a housemaid, but a guard as well, who didn't agree with abuse from the beginning and finally her conscience have spoken. We can always switch characters - I can use my female character, Caitlin and it would be one of the male guards who decides to help her. FxF is not an option.

YC has a pretty simple life of a modern human being. But everything changes within a finger snap, when during a daily jog through the small forest nearby she discovers an odd tree - all covered in weird symbols, carved with something sharp. Driven by curiosity, she decides to touch it and then all she could see was a bright, almost blinding light.
After snapping out of confusion, she doesn't see anything weird in particular, except the tree didn't have those symbols anymore. She decides to come back, but when she finally leaves the forest, she didn't see any buildings, street or her home anymore - everything was just a plain meadow and some hooded figure is standing nearby, quickly spotting her. Will she try to run away, but having nowhere to go? Or she risks potentially her life to know what really happened near that tree?

Scenery: Semi-medieval, as said above. If an alternative is chosen, then our modern times.

Alternatives: Reversed roles - after touching the tree, from a bright light emerges some weirdly dressed man, half-conscious and very confused about his whereabouts. YC decides to help him find his home and discovers the secrets of alternate worlds, where magic is something more real than cars there. This also can be switched gender-wise.

All of those can but doesn't have to include adult themes. I have nothing against it and I'm also a huge fan of general fluff, romantic scenes and affection. I'm comfortable with swearing and violence.

Very interesting topic here. Your first idea, "I owe you my life", caught my eye, and I was hoping to do it with Isabelle here. I think she'd be a nice fit for it.

Im interested in the topics you have described though warning I've never participated in a role-play before (I am a writer through). Your idea "Stranger" caught my eye and I would love to do it with reversed roles and in a modern setting although im willing to discuss that. Would do it with my character Zhi Ruo due to as of right now not having any others.
