♦ This will be long-term role play.

Rules & Other General Knowledge
♦ This is an f/f story!
♦ I really enjoy romance in a role play, but these shouldn't be forced or rushed. Slow burns for the win!
♦ I'm a slow replier, but I'll try to reply at least once a week, if not more. If I know I won't reply for a few days, I'll tell you. As such, I don't mind waiting a while for a response. Life is hectic sometimes, so I don't want to force you to reply when you're busy.
♦ I write about 3-4 paragraphs per response.
♦ I like open-ended role plays so we can add some twists and turns to them. Please feel free to take control of the story and throw a wrench in every once in a while! I'll do the same to keep it exciting.
♦ Sometimes romances get a bit steamy. I'm fine with some heat, but I'm not going to write smut and will do a time-skip.
♦ I roleplay in private message.
♦ This is a free form role play. I have a character sheet for my character (the strange woman) but you don't need to have a sheet ready.

Plot

Life is dangerous for the citizens of North Lake. Crime rates are at an all time high. Despite the mayor and police promising to do better, their words are nothing more than lies. Everyone knows they can't do anything. Supers run the town, despite powers being illegal, and everyone knows it. A group known as the Invisible Hand is currently the biggest crime group in town. Full of powerful supers, they have connections all over town and are trying to rule the town. While super heroes have the upper hand, they are losing it. Muse A is one of the most powerful supers in town, and is a hero. No one can stop her.

But the Invisible Hand has a new trick up their sleeve. They built a protein that shuts off the powers in a person for a period of time. This protein comes in the form of a small pill, which dissolves in liquids- a member of the Invisible Hand managed to slip this pill in Muse A's drink and they lost their powers. Without them, the group has almost no opponents. This will only last for a while- now the Invisible Hand has to kill Muse A before they get their powers back. Muse A, of course, has no idea of these plans. They just hope the Invisible Hand doesn't know their real identity and can't find them.

One night, a disguised woman enters their bedroom. She wakes Muse A and tells them they need to find another place to stay for the night. Muse A does, cautiously, and wakes up the next morning to see their house in flames on the local news. A few nights later, the woman returns, again in disguise, and tells Muse A she wants to help them get their powers back and defeat the Invisible Hand in the process. This starts their journey to taking down the corruption in North Lake, and is the beginning of their friendship.

The woman is always in disguise and never reveals anything about her true identity. Muse A desperately wants to know who they are. Muse A wants to trust the woman, but it's hard to trust a stranger with their life. Muse A begins investigating her.

Unbeknownst to Muse A, the woman is the daughter of two villains and is also a prominent villain in the Invisible Hand.

I'm interested but was wondering if you want us to play Muse A, or replacing her with on of our characters?

Well, I guess it's up to you. If you already have a character in mind with powers, go ahead and use her. Or you can just make a new character for the roleplay and just develop her in rp (I'm not very concerned with character sheets, so don't feel like you have to use one of your sheet spaces to do this).

A technopath Phaos
A shrinking girl
A girl with elemental powers

Which would fit best?

Mind if join as well?
