War of Super Naturals.
That what was called World War 3 when it ended 5 years after the start , it started by sending nuke's to one of the fairly fast growing country. Action starts year after beginning of the WW3, where soldiers have super power's.
It revolves around my character Rey a person which has both ice powers and ice magic.
Anode the country which was attacked, made 1st generations super naturals which are quite strong and have astounding learning rate but have quite small survival rate, there's only six soldiers that survived experiments
While Sion, the country that attacked, tried to replicate the recipe to make super soldier but instead resulted in making 2nd generation super naturals which are notably weaker though they can choose power,also they have high survival rate which couldn't be said about first gen.
Characters can have magic although it's unheard of, they also can be in 1st and 2nd generation of super naturals.

Magic is fairly common. Players and NPCs important to the tale may have it. Mistborn.
Near future, perhaps cloning and genetic manipulation
More combat than not. The setting may be at war, and the characters will likely get involved whether or not they seek it out.

Considering I RP mainly the GV cast. I could try my hand in this. I like the idea behind this.
