"I do thank you." The whole time he was helping preparing the food, he wore a smile on his face. He really enjoyed the gift she had given him.

Once, Anua dropped the knife and cut her palm. She washed her palm and went to go find the bandages.

Wolfen finished up the cooking as Anua tended to her injury, then called Brie in to eat. "Eat everything. You need to maintain your strength. I plan on scouting tomorrow, that is part of your training, Brie."

"Fine." He spotted the necklace. He blinked before looking at Anua who was walking in, her hand bandaged.

Wolfen smiled at Anua with his mouth full, and cheeks pushed out. Realizing what he must look like he blushed and swallowed his food.

Anua covered her mouth before she could burst out laughing.

"Alright Brie, we'll be heading out early, so make sure you get some sleep. I'll take first watch, Anua can have morning shift."

"Okay." Brie huffed.

Wolfen left after the others fell asleep. After scouting the entire city and good distance around it's perimeter, he found the best places to hide and escape from in case of problems. He came back just in time to switch watch with Brie.

Anua woke up right as the sun started to come up. She winced, holding her head. It was throbbing a little.

By the time Wolfen had returned, the others were gone and the rooms were trashed. What happened! Where are they? a look of anger mixed with horror covered his face.

Anua looked around and noticed that she wasn't in the same place as before. She panicked and reached out in her mind, trying to find Wolfen.

He analyzed the rooms to see if he could figure anything out. Other than the obvious destruction though, he was having a hard time, and with the mood he was in, it made it even worse.

Anua stood up, wincing as her head pounded again. She had probably been drugged. She looked around, not sensing anyone else.

Wolfen finally found some blood and spots where people missed their attacks. He followed the trail out the window and just outside the town, where a good number of men lay dead, run through with a sword. Going a little further he heard some heavy breathing.... Brie!

Brie was leaning against a nearby tree, a hand on his ribs from a sword cut. He blinked when he saw Wolfen." They got her. Olmec came back after you left and drugged Anua before carrying her off."

"Let me see." He moved Brie's arm and inspected the wound. "You'll live." he said bandaging up Brie. "Come on, we need to find her. Never should've left you two alone." Wrapping Brie's arm around his shoulders, Wolfen picked him up. "You'll be able to walk on your own again soon, do you have all of your gear?"

"Yeah. I would have gotten her if it hadn't have ben for the soldiers. Olmec kept her drugged pretty well." Brie huffed." Any idea where they would have taken her?"

"I've found a few good places to do something like that, but it come's down to; if she's still in the city or not."

"I think they took her out of the city" Brie looked around.
