"I can tell." She smiled.
The entire time they were out, Wolfen had his guard up and was using every sense to make sure they weren't going to get attacked.
Anua kept a hold of his hand. She got bumped from behind but pulled Wolfen in a different direction before he could do anything.
He stood and helped her up. "It's ok, it was just an accident." he smiled at her, "At least the ground is dry."
Anua smiled."I'm glad it's not raining either." She looked around.
"Hahaha, yeah me too." He made sure to carry everything and keep off of Anua.
Anua looked at him." Can I carry something?"
He face was drawn, "You really probably shouldn't....... ah, if you really want to." He more muttered than spoke audibly.
"I don't want you to be too burdened. Besides, I want to be useful for once."
He let out a large huff, and gave her some stuff to carry. "There." He smiled at her. "You don't need to worry about being useful or what have you. You're more worth than you give yourself credit for."
Anua picked up the stuff." I just want to be helpful." She looked up at him.
He smiled at her, you are just fine." Trying to make her not worry so much about him.
"So you tell me." She winced but kept walking.
"I just don't want you hurting yourself unnecessarily."He frowned at her, worried about her getting hurt.
"Wolfen, I'm a godling. I'm tougher than most people." Anua looked up at him.
"I'm fine. You need to stopworring so much Wolfen. I've made it this long on my own and being nothing but blind."
He sighed heavily, "You're right i'm sorry." He looked at her not knowing ho to put his feelings into words.
Anua looked down." Come on. Brie will probably be worried."
