"I'm not sure yet." Wolfen wasn't taking any chances, He kept his senses up and readied himself in case vampires did show up. "Where we are is an old bunker like cave. Before storages were built, people would use caves like this one. I think garlic was stored here, because I can't smell much else."

"Then we should be fine." Brie looked back into the cave." She's not so looking good, Wolfen."

"I know." His voice cracked a little as he spoke. "We can't move her anymore without making things worse though." He walked over to her checked everything he knew to check, I'm not a doctor...

Anua stirred and shifted but didn't open her eyes. She rubbed her head with a groan." Owwwwww...."

"You need to stay as still as you possibly can. Whatever were you thinking, putting up a shield like that?! You could've died, you know!" Wolfen's worry for Anua coming to the surface now that she is awake.

Anua fliched." Well I'm sorry for trying to protect you." She sat up, a little angry.

"You need to think about all of us. You most of all, you're magic takes a lot out of you and that was just reckless! You could've died and then where would we be? I'd be on a blood thirsty rampage, you'd be dead, and I would be back to where I started before you helped me that day in the woods. Only out to kill Adventous and then willing to die right after." Wolfen sat with his back to the wall of the cave, with his knees up.

Anua blinked before clenching her fist and walking outside, angry with herself. She sat outside the cave, her arms crossed.

Wolfen walked and sat with her, "I was just really worried about you. I don't know how to heal you or anything like that, and I can't lose another person I care about." He looked at the ground in front of him, head hung low.

Anua laid her head on her shoulder." I'm sorry. But it slowed them down."

"I know it did, and I'm sorry too. I'm just really concerned about you is all." Reaching over, he wrapped his arm around her shoulders, "Come on, we should get back inside.

"Not yet." She shifted and kissed his cheek.

"It's safer inside." Wolfen didn't want to pressure her but he was still worried they weren't out of this yet.

Anua sighed." Fine." She stood and held her hand out for him.

Taking it and pulling her up, Wolfen kissed her on the cheek and walked into the cave with her, hand in hand.

Anua smiled and walked close to him, making sure that she wouldn't run into anything.

"Brie?" Wolfen called out for his friend. After several moments of not hearing anything he called again, "Brie!"

Brie jolted awake, smacking his head on a rock." I'm up." He rubbed his head.

Anua rolled her eyes." You sleep way too much."

Wolfen smiled, "I'm sorry, the garlic masked your scent so much I couldn't tell if you were still in here or not. And, give him a break, I push him hard." Wolfen's smile grew as he talked to Anua.

Brie winced.

"I know but he needs to stop giving himself head damage." Anua smiled.
