"Early in the morning, right after we eat and get everything packed. That would be the best time to avoid them, Adventous doesn't seem to be able to do anything without his little army anymore, so he won't show up if it means losing too many of his vampires." Wolfen stared into the fire awhile, with a stern look on his face.

Anua watched Wolfen for a moment before setting her head on his shoulder. Brie just nodded before going back to where he was before they woke him up and laying down, falling back to sleep.

Wolfen wrapped his arms around Anua and leaned back right where he was sitting,pulling her down with him. "Comfy?" He asked as he pulled her onto him more to bring her off the hard of the cave floor.

Anua blinked in surprise and laughed a little." I am very comfy, Wolfen." She snuggled against him.

The next morning they were able to make it back to town without any resistance due to the sun being up. "Alright, we'll need a staff for Anua and a bow for you Brie, with fifty or so arrows in a quiver." He bought what they needed and went back to the Inn.

Anua and Brie followed. Anua seemed a little distracted but Brie just seemed normal.

Wolfen went up to their roomsand dropped their stuff when it goes before turning to them. "Let's get something to eat and then then I'll test your skills with the bow and the staff." Then motioned for them to head back down the stairs.

Brie went downstairs but Anua stayed. She held out her hand, hoping Wolfen would walk with her.

Seeing her motion he took her hand, "Would like me to walk with me, my dear?" He wrapped his arm around her waist and pulled her up against him to kiss her.

Anua let out a soft giggle, happy." Of coarse." She leaned up and kissed Wolfen softly.

They went downstairs and Wolfen got them everything they needed to eat. "Do either of you want anything else?" There was a roast, beans, corn, peas, and a salad on the table. they all had mugs of ale in their cups, the water being undrinkable due to issues with the well.

Brie smiled." This is more than enough. Thanks Wolfen." Brie started to fill up his plate. Anua smiled her thanks and tapped the table, trying to figure out where everything was.

Wolfen Pulled the cloak around her shoulders, "I understand you were blind your whole life, but I don't see any reason you can't use this when it comes to something like this. Is it not so much easier?" He asked.

"It is but...never mind." She started to fill her plate with food, not wanting to talk about it. Brie watched her before he started to eat. Anua began to eat as well. trying to distract herself.

Wolfen sat down and filled his plate, worried he'd just upset her, "Ok." he said worryingly. Not wanting to say anything else he just started eating and drinking his ale. He refilled his plate twice in the time it took the other two to finish their first.

Brie finished his ale after depleting his first plate. Anua on the other hand didn't touch her ale, a little afraid. She had never drank in her life.

Wolfen glanced over at her and saw how she looked at the mug. "You've never drank before... have you?" He looked a little perplexed but didn't seem surprised, "Just drink it slowly, it's got honey in it to make it sweeter, but you don't want to drink too much. The only reason we have it is because we can't drink the water, and I don't use up our canteens." He spoke softly trying to reassure her, knowing they needed to stay hydrated, no matter what.
