(As Mister Wiegraf was kind enough to point out, no harm done, so no apology needed ^^)
(Also, neither of us are nosy enough to ask you that manner of question. I'm sure you have your reasons and if you wanted us to know, then we would by now. Your privacy is well respected here.)

(*looks for you two* Did you guys die or did I post something which held you up?*)
(I took a short rest. In the dirt. I'll get to posting.)
Yee ol' scroll.
Richard cocked his eye at the large monk. He flew up. Then bonk, he was out. The small man lay twitching on the ground.
It would be reasonable to fill the second page up with out of character banter. I almost did it. What if I did do it. That could have been something.
The man looked up. A brief glimpse of a Richard. Then he flinches. Richard was struck down. Slowly recovering, "I'm not sure if he deserved a beating." The man's eyes look down at the metal necklace he wore. A sigh escapes his lips. The man looks at the bulky cleric, "I cannot stay here and wait for the Duke's men to find their messenger badly injured." The man looks about for his shield and picks it up from the floor. "I will accompany you, good sir." The man's voice becomes quiet. "If not to stop the violence. For her." Few steps are taken. The man looks over to the girl and back to the large cleric's back. "I am ready."

(My hold up was still waiting for Mister Folles to answer Grendur's question.)
(You almost did it my friend, so close yet so far! ^^)
"The could not do anything to interrupt my most holy of missions. He knows the High Church would have a thing or two to say after I gave them my report. Anyway, as you say good sir. Good day to you miss, it was my pleasure to meet you." As Grendur moved to the side letting both her and Mister Folles to exit the church before himself. As he left the building he closed the door behind him. While on their way to the Duke's castle Grendur got a fierce look on his face, "Oh! I do beg your forgiveness sir, I have not introduced myself properly. My name is Grendur, Farrier for Lost Monks." He shifted his club into his left hand and held his right out in offer of shaking.

(Sorry I held this up!)
Sorea looked at at the swordsman and then back at the monk before saying a single word. "Sorea." She didn't feel any need to say more then that, but figured that she should offer her name.
She then reached into her cloth bag and pulled out one of her silvery shed scales which she laid in the palm of her hand. The scale caught the sunlight which made it almost glow as it shined. With any luck the duke would be interested in buying them for some gold and supplies as it appeared that she was going to need some if she felt like tagging along in her child form. Of course there was no guarantee that whatever the duke wanted would interest her, but it could.

(No worries Wiegraf and I aren't much better ^^)
Grendur turns to her upon not receiving Mister Folles' hand. "My lady." He put his massive to the ground and bows low to her, at least as low as his giant stomach would allow in that heavy chainmail. "I am pleased to make your aquantance."
