Fantasy - Depends. I don't like stuff like Harry Potter or LOTR, though.

I have a lot of faves actually. Here’s a small list including stuff I like or inspires me per genre:

Cyberpunk: Matrix, Ghost In the Shell, Akira

Steampunk: Leviathan Series

Sci-Fi: Interstellar, Alien/Predator, Inception, District 9, Children of Men

Horror: Lovecraft, Dead Space, Conjuring, 28 days Later

Fantasy: Witcher

Well, let's see - a lot depends on my mood

Modern/Slice-of-life (if the scene is good)
Adventure
Crime/mystery
Urban fantasy
Low and High Fantasy
A bit of steampunk


I also enjoy romance mixed in with another genre but not really on its own.

I sometimes do fandoms and other genres but I'm not a big fan of canon characters (in most instances).

I do not like/will not do erotica or extreme horror.

Basically anything fun, slice of life stuff gets boring and its too realistic, I wanna cast magic and laser stuff!

Or smooch a monster girl... That too

always a good endgoal to work towards

Romance (not romance driven rps)
Adventure (Or "collect the blank" style things)
A lot of anime fandom based stuff (Rurouni Kenshin being my favorite and Planet of the Beast King)
Historical (Feudal Japan)

Modern Romance; and with lots of drama and passion at that. I live for it.

Romance, definitely. Especially with good character development.
