Okay, right now I'm just seeing if there would be any interest in something I've been thinking about. So bear with me.
For a really long time, I've been a fan of the Marvel mini-series "Fallen Angels", which is the canon that my boy Gomi is originally from. I doubt anyone has even heard of it, so let me give you a quick rundown of what the concept was. It was a tie in with the comic "The New Mutants" which was a spin-off of the "X-Men."
The Fallen Angels were a group of teens with super-human abilities (mostly mutants) that had been recruited by a man called The Vanisher. He'd gathered them together to be a gang of petty thieves, primarily to steal things for him and make his life easier. (Comic book logic, just go with it) and they went along with it to have relatively safe place to live in the largely anti-mutant city.
So I'm thinking of setting up a group loosely based on this idea. These kids aren't heroes (though they might get thrown into a potentially heroic situation, who knows) they're just a group of kids dealing with being different and surviving together. I don't have an idea for any big, overreaching story arc, but if anyone has any ideas they're welcome to bring them along.
The situations can be comic-book inspired adventures, slice-of-life, drama, humor, fluff, really anything at all. I just think it'd be fun?
ETA: Your character could be from a canon that would work with the premise or an OC, that doesn't matter.

Ooh, I would be interested in this! I don't know if any of my current characters listed on RPR would really fit (Leikn is Marvel, but...), but I can always whisk something together.

His abilities revolve around simian mutations that apart from the anatomic advantages in climbing also include enhanced agility (I wouldn't say super agility, but definitely slightly beyond human limits) and an accelerated mental maturity, which combined with his high IQ and interest in computers makes him a skilled hacker, coder and electrician.
If you'd rather he had more power than that, I could also include his ice powers, but I prefer RPing him without them in non-fantasy settings.

That'd be great! Being Marvel isn't a prerequisite, it's going to be more of a multi-fandom kind of thing.

He wouldn't need more power, that would be fine.

I would love to be my little plant boi, Fael! He only has plant powers, but plant weaknesses (Cold, acid, etc.) so he might be a little underpowered for combat, but I'd still like to give him a go!
