It is war for the people of Arkon. War for the dragon shapeshifters. In Arkon, a power-crazed king rules with an iron fist, and a kind and handsome prince must watch his people suffer, both from his father and from the war. The dragon shapeshifters, are unknown when they are in human form, but once they are known, they are chased and banned from Arkon. But despite the humans insistence that they just want to kill, the dragons have also suffered terrible casualties and misfortunes, and are not the beasts that the people of Arkon think. And not only does this war hurt the two races, it also affects the griffins, werewolves, and phoenixes. Will you be able to come in between them and put the troubled land at rest? Or will this war go on forever and ever, until the humans and dragons realize what they did when it's to late and the land is dead and there is no hope?
Setting:
It is a plains area where the main villages are. The castle is to the northwest. The dragon's live in a mountain area with a volcano to the northeast. To the east there is a forest full of magic and mythical creatures which goes till the ocean called the Serpent Sea. The north is an ocean. The west is a plains until the ocean and has villages of Arkon, and the south is a jungle, along with the southwest. The southeast is a bunch of caves. That is were some strange things happen. Those who went to the caves have never returned. Some of them are flooded at sea level, and the caves open out at the bottom in the ocean.
Rules:
No being mean unless it's part of the story. No curse words.
Anyone can join after the RP has started.

Magic is fairly common. Players and NPCs important to the tale may have it. Mistborn.
Renaissance
Combat is expected as part of the storyline but it won't dominate the plot.
