The topic of my roleplay is that my character, Jay,who has been in hiding with the humans for a few years, has been discovered to be inhuman/able to manipulate magic, and people similar to him wish to interact with him. I understand that this is a kind of bland rp idea, but this is my first rp in a few years, and i'm a bit rusty
I have always been interested in roleplaying, and I've done it a few times before. However, most of my friends have either grown out of it, or completely make fun of it. I want some people able to interact with my character, Jay and have adventures with him. I want people to bond with him, help him with his magic, abilities and his overall quest. I also want help with roleplay in general, since i'm a little rusty with it. I understand the whole "angels and demons" roleplay topic is sometimes cringy, but I can assure you, My roleplays will not me like that. I hope.

Magic is rare, but not unheard of. Mundane characters may or may not believe in it. Magical characters may form small and exclusive pockets for study, protection, etc.
Modern
Combat is expected as part of the storyline but it won't dominate the plot.
