"Are there any dragons left or are they all gone?"
"They're all over the place still," he shrugged.
(Our time sequences are so off . Oblivion happens 200 years before Skyrim.)

"I've always wanted to see one."
(...How about Kin got trapped in an unaging spell but she doesn't remember or realize it.)

(Lol, okay)
"Ehhh... Not smart comrade. The true dragons seek to enslave all mortal races."
"Ehhh... Not smart comrade. The true dragons seek to enslave all mortal races."
"Why is everything 'let's enslave others'?"
"Well, that is actually why we were created. The divines freed us fortunately."
"Divines? I've only seen Akatosh but that was the day Martin died."
"I've never seen any of them, but they freed man and Mer from the dragons. And..." he looked over at Kin, "I've held my tongue for this whole time, Comrade... But Martin Septim died over 200 years ago..."
"200?" Kin looked confused." That can't be true. He only died a year ago. I kept track."
"Kin... It's the middle of the 4th era," he looked at her concerned.
Kin stopped her horse." That's impossible. It hasn't been that long." She bit her lip before dismounting her horse.
He sighed, "It's true... You can ask anyone."
Kin looked around." But..how? I counted the days." In the back of her mind, she remembered something but she was too distressed to care.
"Sometimes things can happen... Maybe a Daedra fooled with you."
"But I stay away from Daedra." She sat on the ground." 200 years and I don't remember a dang thing."
Dmitri sat next to her and put an arm over her shoulder, "It's okay."
"No it's not." She buried her face in her hands." Why? What the heck made me this way?"
"I don't know... But it's a greater magic than either of us could hope to understand..." he said softly, "We should visit Solitude first. The court wizard there might know something."
"How long of a ride is it?" Kin looked up at him. Her eyes were a little teary.
"Not even a day after we reach Hags End..." he said and held her as close as he could given they were both wearing heavy armor.
