"I think my time tables are off. It feels only a year to me. I didn't have her before but I always thought I did." She sighed.
"Well... I bet she went through the spell with you... She must be aging faster... Or she was simply old when you got her."
"She was old when I got her. I bought her off a man that was treating her badly."
"Poor thing," Dmitri reached out and gently rested his hand on the horse's muzzle.
The horse huffed, making Kin smile." She'll probably leave to go somewhere to die."
"May she rest in peace when she does," he said softly and backed up.
Kin petted the horse's muzzle before she began to walk. The horse walked beside Kin.
Dmitri took up his horse's reins and followed next to Kin.
Kin looked up at the sky." We should probably stop for the night."
Dmitri nodded and took two tents from his saddle and quickly set them up right next to each other then put two bed rolls down.
He flicked his wrist and a ball of purple light appeared, signifying a conjugation spell. He thrust his palm out and the purple orb hit the ground, making a Seeker, the servants of Hermeus Mora, appear in front of him.
"We are going to sleep. Warn us if anything hostile comes by and you can't take care of it," Dmitri told the seeker. It just looked it him with those black slits that were it's eyes, it's octopus tentacles swaying beneath it. "Good," Dmitri said and lay down in his bed roll.

"That's just creepy." Kin frowned. She crawled into her bedroll and laid down. She was tired than she had expected so her eyelids drooped a little.
"I know," he chuckled and lay down, "I've had to fight up to three at a time. Very dangerous."
"Well I'm glad it's on our side." Kin laughed softly.
"Yes. Hermeus Mora isn't all bad... He gave me the spell tons that allowed me to conjure the Seeker," he said as he pulled the blanket around his waist.
Kin smiled." You know, Skyrim sounds like a cool place."
"Hermeus has nothing to do with it, but you're right, both literally and figuratively," he looked over at her, "Wait until you see Markarth... It is by far my favorite city."
Kin smiled." I bet it's wonderful." She smiled before drifting off to sleep.
Dmitri quickly fell asleep too, the Seeker watching over them.
Kin woke up the morning and sat up silently, rubbing her head. She looked around and noticed that her horse was gone. Tears sprang to her eyes but she quickly wiped them away.
Dmitri was already up, preparing a small breakfast for each of them. Dmitri walked over to Kin and kissed her cheeks gently.
