Hello everyone, I’m looking to start a long-term RP with the newly edited OC. I haven’t been online in a little while, so I’d like to starting getting back into roleplaying.

I have some ideas to begin with and I’m always open to hear your ideas and inputs on the the plot. I’m open to a wide range of categories (adventure, modern, historical, supernatural, fantasy, horror, action, romance), the only exception being sci-fi.
I also try to make my plot ideas open ended so you aren’t forced into a certain position to play.

Here’s a few starter ideas I had:

• Freak-show (Historical- 1950s-60s)
  
  - In the town of Saint Juniper is where you first saw them. The amazing Barnaby Freak-show and Carnival/Circus, hosted by Barnaby Grant Dixon. It was a traveling attraction so it was no telling when they’d stop by again. It was there one could see the few but amazing performers they had, each seeming qualified enough to run the show on its own. Mingyu worked at the said place as a fortune teller, acrobat, and singer in the Circus band, “Lo Grant and the Phenomena”.
  It appeared to be such a joyous attraction, but it seems the roots run deeper and darker on this tree.
  Character role suggestions: Visitor to the circus (who may or may not get the subtle dark hints), someone looking to join the circus, someone looking to take the freaks and profit off their skeletons (AHS style)
  
• Apocalypse (Modern)
  
  - No one ever thought it would truly happen. A zombie apocalypse was simply an interesting movie topic, something to joke about because one never really thought it would actually happen. Yet, here we are, stranded and helpless in a increasing hoard of monsters.
  Character role suggestions: Someone who wants to save their damn life, A zombie (with thoughts and feelings, Warm Bodies style)
  
• Hogwarts (Modern or Historical)
  
  - Hogwarts AU!
  
• Time travel (Historical, Modern, Future)
  
  - Lincoln Dole University is a top school focusing on sciences and engineering. Only the best of the best may attend such a prestigious school, but being as it may, no one expected a collect club to be harboring a real life time machine.
  Character role suggestions: A student/faculty member in the club (having plans on using the time machine), a student who happened to stumble upon the machine, someone in the future/the past who comes out of the machine and into modern time, someone from the future/past we meet once we use the time machine
  
• Hidden City (Historical- 1914)
  
  - America, Europe, Africa, Asia. Land was inhabited and life went on. People plied their trade on the streets, Kings ruled, and sailors explored the sea. Nothing unusual or out of the ordinary. However, Capitan Jonathan Wilburn was a popular man- he sailed seas, found new treasures, new land, was handsome, strong, brave, and above all, money hungry. So I was no surprise when he made plans to sail once more yet only his crew knew of where: to find the hidden city of Babylon. Now, not the ancient city of Mesopotamia, but a collection of connected islands, rich in resources and even more in gold.
  Character role suggestions: Part of Jonathan Wilburns crew, someone who overheard the plans and wants to be in
  
• Desperado (Historical- 1940s-60s)
  
  - Mingyu is a young girl with hopes and dreams, so, the small town of Tulsa, she believed, held nothing for her. This is why she decided that no matter if she had to claw and bleed, she would get the hell out of that town and start a career as an entertainer as she always wanted.
  Character role suggestions: The person to whisk her away and drive the country with her, someone she meets along the way, someone in the professional entertainment industry

I don’t have much else information to give other than a few rules I have:

• Romance is fine in any plot that seems to allow it.
• Swearing is fine, but no NSFW.
• I give what I get, so if you give me a one-liner (which I would prefer not to receive) then I’ll return one back. If I get a paragraph then you’ll get one back.
