Granted, but in a few years, the world comes to an end and you are left floating alone in space wondering why the heck you'd ever wished that.

Granted: no bad consequences happen to you. However, all your friends and family that you love and hold dear eventually come to ruin, and meet horrible fates.

Granted but upon manipulating it, you realise doing so drains a huge chunk of your life force (or something) and the more you manipulate time, the more is drained.

I wish for the ability to travel to any fictional universe I want.
