Not sure if this is the first of its kind here, but I got "inspired," so to speak.

This is a simple game! Just fill out the following with your favorite addiction or thing and whatever crazy thing you've done for it:

"You know you're shamelessly addicted to ___ when..."

It can be a hobby, a video game, a TV show, your favorite food, anything! As long as it's PG-13ish, that is. Bonus points if you have absolutely no shame for said addiction, but it's fine if your love is more benign!

If you have more than one vice and/or a crazy thing you've done for it, then list one per post to keep the game going! I'll start as an example.

You know you're shamelessly addicted to Pokemon GO when you're outside in your pajamas at almost 8 in the morning to spin a Gym for your Team Bonus and Daily Streak before you get booted out by a different team.

...And the Gym is near a dumpster. And you're still okay with this.

You know you're shamelessly addicted to RP when you generate your favourite OCs in various RP systems that you know you're never going to play because you've got no RP going on at the time and have to do something to itch that RP obsession.

You know you're shamelessly addicted to role-playing when the last thing you do when you go to sleep is write a role-play response, and the first thing you do when you wake up is write a role-play response.

You know your shamelessly addicted to Story Writing when you do it every day and try to make a story out of everything you see, hear, even think. I have 100+ stories I've written in my head throughout the day.

You know you're shamelessly addicted to video games when you claim to a close friend that you think you're a casual player in hopes of seeming normal, and they have to look at you and say, "...No, you're not. Quit lying."

And you can't even pretend to fight back, because you know it's true.

You know you're shamelessly addicted to the Kansas City Chiefs when the beginning of the season is essentially an early Christmas to you.

I totally get that! I'll be out somewhere and see something and start writing it out in my head, and if it's good, I get my phone out and write it in Notes. So many tales have been spawned like this!

You Know You're Shamelessly Addicted When... you are in to an RP and you check every 5 minutes to see if there has been any replies.

You know you're shamelessly addicted to a roleplay when you're at work thinking about plot bunnies, grocery shopping thnking about what your character would eat and shopping for clothes while secretly looking for character outfits.

Totally def absolutely not guilty of doing any of those

No I don't spend hours of mindless labor thinking about RP and plots and characters and backgrounds

You know you're shamelessly addicted to a video game when... You see the patterns in your sleep and find your fingers making the movements when you're idle.

You know your addicted to a video game when you have 150+ hours logged in it. And are gonna log more.

You know you're addicted to caffine when you get a migraine due to not having drunk any tea for a couple hours... wait, wrong kind of addiction...

You know you're addicted to a certain song when you include it in every playlist and make sure it's the first song playing every time you put music on. _{currently, it's Wide Open by The Chemical Brothers (feat. Beck).}

Edit: And then making a forum post about the song makes you want to listen to it again.

You know you're shamelessly addicted to cookies and cheesecake when the first food that pops into your mind without fail when someone mentions sweets is one of those two. Especially cookies. I love cookies. Help. ;w;

When all the hallowen candy bars you buy are your favorites and you've eaten up by yourself before hallowen. Then you have to go buy more before hallowen for the kids ringing your doorbell.((true story))
