"Tama hasn't forgotten. I will make them regret their Tama-take."
Faerie poaching in this world is at an all time high. A faerie's wings fetch a high price on the black market and many greedy people have taken to capturing and mutilating them. Tamachi was not an exception, she had her wings poached, but using her exceptional skills at lying was able to convince them that her wings would regrow, so the poachers kept her alive and treated her wounds. After she recovered she was able to steal the key to her shackles, knock out the her captors and then make it out. Now that she has no wings she looks almost indistinguishable from a human and used that to her advantage to avoid any more poachers.
Tama carries grudges for a long time and wants revenge for both her wings and any other faeries that suffered the same fate or even worse. Seeking out leads, she wishes to put an end to the faerie poaching.
The RP will be just that, putting an end to the ring of poachers which hunt down faeries. The issue is on a global scale, but she just wants to take out the ones operating where she lives. Of course I will be using Tamachi Oonu.
I have thought of a few prompts to how our characters come into first contact with each other. We can use one of these or brainstorm a new one. They are as follows.
1. YC is also a faerie who has lost their wings to poachers and somehow escaped with their lives and also seeks revenge. Through sheer coincidence the two end up going after the same person for information regarding the black market and the poachers.
2. YC is a poacher and has caught wind of Tama's movements against your organization. YC seeks out Tama to kill her. (This will lead to more of a one-off scene where the two (or more) fight to the death)
3. Tama has found out about YC's involvement in the Black Market (or poacher ring) and hunts them down for information. She finds YC and a fight ensues. Afterwards YC offers to help Tama out. (No matter the outcome of the fight. If Tama lost, maybe it's out of pity.)
4. YC is a private detective also tracking down the movements of the poacher ring. They have found themselves at an impasse until they stumble across Tama beating the crap out of YC's poacher informant.
5. YC is just a very helpful person. They hear about Tama's woes and offer to help her in her endeavour.
*You may use more than one character if you wish*
The world this takes place in is semi-modern. Buildings and such as like the ones today.
Guns, vehicles and the likes all exist, but airplanes and other flying machines do not.
Guns are no more than semi-automatic as full auto weapons have yet to be developed.
Sword, shields, bows and the likes still see use.
Magic exists and is rather prevalent in the world.
Any race can be accepted in the world, but if your character is a dragon or something of the likes, we may need to discuss things.
Be forewarned: There will be strong language and blood & gore
I am flexible on post length, but no one liners. I'm only looking for 1x1 rps.

Combat is woven into the storyline and could come to the forefront if the characters seek it out.

I can't see him fitting directly into any of the prompts there except 5, but I could also do something based around #4. Whilst maybe not a private detective, Xá could be investigating the poachers, perhaps seeing their behaviour as an affront to nature. He'd probably be fairly settled into civilised life at the start of the RP, but would still have an appreciation for life and the wilderness... and a deep hatred toward anyone injuring creatures for the sake of profit.
I could also put forth his optional bardic magic ability (as outlined on his Abilities page), along with the weapon associated with it.

I'd be happy to rp with Xa. He's a really interesting character.
We can come up with a new prompt with further discussion, but your ideas seem quite solid and I like them. I always find the hardest part of an rp is figuring out why the characters come into contact with each other in the first place, haha.
Magic is allowed here and I read over his abilities. They sound really cool and would fit in the world just fine if you'd like to use them.
