Kerrigan smiled as she was put back into the shot gun seat. She knew she had agitation in her voice, and she was glad for the moment NAte could feel it. Turning to him she nodded about the situation being different now. She was completly different and that she was no longer the kill subject.

She looked to him and smiled about him being 18. At that Kerrigan flushed and looked to him."Ei-ei-eighteen?!!....I think that i feel a little bit pervereted. I never would have guessed you were 18. But then again for my age im young and immature as well. But since you started hunting at 15 I suppose it is all that you know. But hey I am going to ask away.After all If im going to be by you side I at least want to know that much." she said with a laugh as the thick blanket was still in the shot gun seat's floor. Picking it up she set it on her lap. If the sun were to come up she'd use it as a temporary shield before getting in the trunk.

"Oh don't worry about the sun, I still have this blanket to help with that. hmm what type of food do you like to eat? after all, you can't eat sweets all the time like I can. Its not healthy, so if im with you i wan't to be able to cook you something tasty." she said with another giggle looking to him. She then smiled finidng another question to ask him."You want to do the thing we did last time, you after I ask a question, then you ask one, Nate?" she said with a bright smile. Since the car ride was going to be a long one at elast they could talk.

Nate laughed as Klutz compared herself to a pervert "I don't think anyone will see you as a pervert Klutz" he said still laughing under his breath "Your only 2 years old then I am and even if you weren't with our height difference I don't think anyone would suspect anything". Nate looks at Klutz up and down before she put the blanket in her lap, the sun wouldn't be up for a couple hours even still Nate had to find a place for them to stay that was safe to hide for awhile.

Being asked what his favorite food is was a question he hadn't been ask in a very long time, the only person to ever ask him that was his grandmother "Well I guess my favorite food would have to be spaghetti and meatballs I use to have it a least once a week before I started hunting, but when you start hunting all the pleasures of the world seem to fade away...". Nate couldn't tell , but he knew he had a black look on his face after saying all that, "Alright you want to play the game so its my turn...I know I brought up the whole thing about me aging while your didn't, but if I asked you and this is a big if, if I asked you to turn me would?"

Kerrigan smiled as Nate laughed about her comparing herself to a pervert. This much wasn't true, and klutz knew he was taller. So if anything they looked like the perfect couple. She could have sworn her eyes lite up the second he mentioned spagethi and meatballs. She looked to him as her smile faded noticing his face starting to turn blank. She put a hand on his holding it tight.

Thwn the subject of her turning him came up. She sighed as she looked down and then back to him. She smiled putting a hand on his face smilling. "Ah about your favorite food, i think ill make it for you, well if we find a place to settle down.."she said pausing and for a moment it seemed as if she were in another world. Her face soon softened as she looked to him again her eyes bright."but, if you asked me to turn you I would. It won't be easy, but ill make sure you wont go hungry or mad. And Only upon your request would I. After all, it has to be consentual for the both of us. For vampires, turning another is almost a marriage, or a contract. And both parties have to be willing for the other to not go mad. Which is why when humans are bitten and theres not a blood exchange, they loose control of their thirst." She said rubbing his face tenderly. She could feel her heart beating fast as she spoke of it.

She turned to him and smiled laughing lightening the mood. "Ah! My turn, Lets see I asked about food, whst is your favorite color?"she asked with a giggle lightening the mood.

It was good to know that Nate wouldn't have to ask twice if he ever wanted to turn, but this was only a precaution Nate knew that his luck would run out with him being hunted. Remembering all the vampires he killed and hearing Klutz explain how certain newborns go crazy with thirst it made a lot of sense when he thought about it, he heard so many excuse before he killed them but the main one that came up over and over was them saying Its Not My Fault and it really wasn't.

"Lets see, when it comes to colors I really haven't seen much until I saw your apartment" he laughed under his breath "But blue is my favorite, I could always lay down anywhere outside and daze at the sky". Nate just sighed remembering who he was talking to "I'm sorry Klutz, I forgot I'm talking to a vampire...Anyway its my turn, Since we've been together what was the best time you've had?"

Kerrigan looked to him and smiled with bliss turning ot him with a grin. She laughed and knew what she said was rolling around in his head. She looked to him as he kinda had the face of how when she explained the newly turned went nutz. She knew it made sense now then before. She laughed again hearing that he hadn't seen colors until her apartment. That much was true, her apartment was full of colors, purple, pink, blue, orange you name it.

"Oh blue? you like that, oh and I don't mind you talking about being outside and gazing at the blue sky. I did see the sunset and the blue sky when I was young. I miss it but I have seen it. So I can imagine you loving the beautiful color. " she said with a smile glad he liked that color. She then blushed when Nate mentioned the best time she has had with him. She gulped and looked to him as she started to stutter.


"ueh...uh..t-t-the night...the night you showed me the parade and the city lights. That was the best time of my life, that and sharing myself with you."she said blushing at remebering their night of love. It was so soon and the memory was fresh on her mind and her body. The thought of it made her melt as she relaxed into the car seat. She swallowed hard and looked to him trying to get herself from blushing too hard."right! my turn, since all your times hunting vampires. Did you ever fathom ever being with one?" she said with a curious and playful grin.

Nate smiled and blushed when Klutz answered his question, in his head he thought he knew the answer already and he was right. So he got the answer to two questions, how much fun Thursday the parade and how was he was when they were together in the hotel. Nate thought good and hard about the question Klutz asked him "Sorry Klutz before I met you I had never thought of being with anyone supernatural,I was taught at a young age to hate everything about you guys so that thought never ran through my mind" he said feeling like a giant jackass.

Nate slowed down when he saw a barn just off the road "I guess that's going to be home for the time being the sun will be up in a little while" he says as he pulled in at the front of the barn. Just before he was going to get out he grabs Klutz's hand "but if it had run through my mind I would have hoped you where there the entire time, I really do love". Nate kisses Klutz soft and passionate "Now we should get inside so that I can take my turn" he say as after he pulls away.

Kerrigan smiled as she looked to Nate knowing that her answer made them both blush. She looked to him as she shrugged her shoulders indifferent, she patted him on the back and laughed. "hey no harm Nate, you did not know any better when it came to hating the supernatural. After all, some of us creatures are nasty. well that and werewolves..."she said and shuddered just getting the creeps thinking about it.

"there was this one time, I cut my leg tripping over I don't know what it was. It bleed and it just so happend a Werewolf was near...i could have sworn that thing was going to eat me. All it did was stand there, growl, lean down and started to lick my wound...Strangest thing really." she said with a puzzled look on her face as she looked to him as they slowed down to a barn off the side of the road.

She nodded not really caring where they would stay for the day, as long as it didn't get sunlight. She smiled as she bundled up the Blanket after she let go of Nate's hand. She was glad that he had said those tender words. If she were there the entire time it would have spared him all those years of grief. And well for her she would have probally burned down her home.

Upon feeling Nate's lips agaisnt hers the deep and soft kiss she panted not wanting to pull away as Nate did. She nodded as she opened the car door and closed it with great care. She looked to the barn as she took a step. Immediatly she stumbled and fell to the ground. She quickly popped back up and started to walk pretending as if she hadn't fallen.

"The place looks pretty good, its abandon and that's al-" Nate said being cut off by Klutz falling to the ground, he laughed bring his hand to his mouth trying to hide it. Once Klutz stood right up Nate stops trying laugh "You OK there hot stuff" he says while still giggling on his breath "Alright, this ground's a little rough and this really isn't the place for you so...", Nate walks over to Klutz bending down in front of her and lifting her on his back. "This is easier and I love giving you them"

Nate walked in the barn with Klutz on his back seeing what the inside looks like, it was rickety, full of hay, and the roof is missing some of its self. "This isn't bad, its a little nice and its big enough for me to bring the car in" he said looking back towards "We're in the barn no and its my turn and I saved the best question for last, why haven't you ask me about Jackie? you've had plenty of chances and I know you by now Klutz I can tell you want to ask"

Kerrigan smiles as she stood there fore the moment blushing and laughing at herself for tripping like she did. She couldn't help but hear Nate giggle as well. Her face turned scarlet as he walked over to her and lifted her onto his back. Another piggy back ride, she didn't mind of course and rather enjoyed a good ride. Well that and avoiding falling down again.

She looked to the barn and noticed it was worn down with age and more then likely rot. She looked around as she looked and with Nate's ovbservation saw it was big enough to fit the car into it. She looked around as she heard Nate's question. She sighed and looked to him about it.

"Well as much as I am jealous of who this Jackie person is. But I feel it is not important. But what I am curious of is why is she still pursuing you even though you are not together with her anymore." she said a little down and at the last part of her question she grew more curious then anything.

"Alright" Nate said walking to a pile of hay dropping Klutz in it, he walks towards the car laughing while looking at Klutz. Driving the car into the barn he made sure not to hit Klutz, once in Nate knew once he got out of the car he would have to explain the details between him and Jackie which would be pretty weird talking about with your girlfriend. Taking a deep breath Nate gets out of the car looking at Klutz hesitating for a second "...I started dating Jackie when I was 16, we were really happy together an there wasn't a day that went by when I didn't think about her" Nate said as he closed the barn doors "You gotta understand finding a girl doing what I use to do was impossible and Jackie was...she was something"

Nate had dazed off for awhile before coming back to reality "Uhh...for a long times things were good we had our lives planned out we were going to run away and have a normal life you know the 9 to 5, house with a big backyard, kids" he said sitting on the car "That's When Boss found out, he wanted her to stay and continue in the family business and marry this other guy that belonged to this really important family of hunters, so he gave her a choice....either me or him"

Nate puts his head down not because he was sad, but he just didn't understand what Jackie was trying to pull, either way he wasn't going to let her mess up the good thing he as going with Klutz "I don't know why shes doing this Klutz, but I promise shes not going to mess up what we have, I'll die before I let that happen"

Kerrigan with a small yelp fell into the pile of hay. She sat up and shook her head to get all the loose fibers from her hair. She watched the car drive in a grew a little wary. However she wouldn't let that phase her, after Nate wouldn't do such a thing.

She looked to Nate as he got out of the car and sat on the hood of it. She took a deep breath smelling both Nate and the scent of the barn. She turned to him as he began to tell her about his ex Jackie. From what Nate was telling her it was the perfect couple. That much Kerrigan didn't like. Well she liked it, but she knew that she could never have the 'normal' life. But at that she just smiled happy with what she has-the person in front of her.

She nodded as she heard Nate tell the rest of the story and following it how Jackie chose another man over him. She scracthed her nose trying to piece together the situation as well. After all why would an ex girlfriend pursue her ex boyfriend. Even Kerrigan didn't understand that. She looked to him and then smiled to him and giggled, in part to hide her confused face."Ah well I don't know what she is trying to pull as well. In vampire's in a mate were to betray the other. They would have been killed. But i won't let it ruin the happiness we have toghether Nate." she said with a smile and giggled.

"My turn, Nate. If we do manage to get a normal life, well normal as it would be if you were with a vampire. Would you want to have children? It is possible, and im not saying we would have to or anything. But if your still human, it is possible for me to have a child. Its rare but my family line can." she said with a smile blushing harder.

Explaining that whole thing to Klutz made Nate unbelievable uncomfortable yet oddly fulfilling, he guessed in order to make this relationship with Klutz real he had to completely get Jackie in the out and open. Not that it wasn't a relationship already, it was just that little nudge that he needed to not look back at what he had so he could look at what he has. Just before Nate could get off the car and walk over to Klutz she asked him a question that he didn't see coming a mile away.

"Uhhh, I, kid,...I did think that vampires and humans could have kids, but I'm not going to say I don't want one I just thought that if I didn't bring it up that the feeling would just go away" he says getting his thoughts in order "My turn, do you want to have kids?". Nates face was for the first time bewildered waiting for Klutz's answer.

Kerrigan blushed as she saw Nate's face turn into that of complete bewilderment. She waived her hand and let out a little laugh as he came closer to her. She looked to him and smiled."Well the answer to your question. I would like to have children, when things are settled. Not right now. I always looked at those human families and I wanted something similar to it. As always I want to be human even though im not. " she said blushing looking away.

Turning to him she let out a small laugh as she could see Nate's bewildered face. She looked to him and smiled brightly in the dark barn. "but it is something you do not have to worry about Nate. I was just curious as well." she said pausing as she looked to him and smiled. "Ah, so heres a question that would be off topic. When you first met me, what did you think? well I should say when you were studying me, didn't you think that I was too much of an oddball and klutz to be dangerous? After all, I did scream at seeing a rat. And then there was a time were a stray dog was barking at me and I climbed up a lamp post till it went away." She said lightening the mood, more over she changed the subject so nate wouldn't feel uncomfortable.

Nate thought good and hard about the Klutz's question and didn't want to lie "Since the very moment I laid my eyes on you I wanted to kill you" he said laughing "But I knew before I walked into the butcher shop that I had feelings for you, after reading through your file every day for a week I knew you were harmless, I just put those feelings away until I saw you...well until I stabbed you". Nate had remembered that he didn't meet Klutz eye to eye until after he had stabbed her in the back.

Nate drops his head to the floor rubbing thee back of his neck feeling crappy about stabbing his girlfriend the first time they meet, just before he was about to apologize he wondered where the sun was. The roof holes showed some light not enough to hurt Klutz that was sure and he could see rain coming through roof. Nate grabs Klutz and moves himself into the light, he had never seen her in natural light before "Please tell me that you can come into this light" he said with rain falling harder and faster through the roof on to him.

Kerrigan could not help but laugh at Nate's response, well that and she blushed. She couldn't help but smile at Nate at least knew she was harmless. But she couldn't help not smile at the fact that he wanted to kill her. She just let the thought roll on by not really caring about it at the moment. After all she was his enemy at the time, and once she was stabbed proving how harmless she was.

She felt Nate grab her hand pulling her close as she saw what nate saw. It was natural sunshine. Kerrigan gulped hesitate as she saw it and looked to him. She said looking at him in the natural light, she was stunned to see how beautiful he looked in it.The rain drops falling on him danced in the little light there was. She looked at it and took a deep breath and a chance as she walked into it. She smiled as she nodded, it was rainiy and it was cloudy, not enough to hurt her. She walked into it a bit uneasy but quickly grew calm once she didn't feel her skin on fire."I think I can see it is raining. The sun's not directly on me so...i will be okay." she said with a smile as she leaned onto him pressing closer.

Nate fell completely speechless when Klutz came into the light, with the natural light hitting her for the first time it was as if he was seeing the real her. The light reflects off her eyes while Nate just stands still not wanting to miss anything, Nate thought if he averted his eyes for even a second he would miss what was happening with. Putting his hand on Klutz's face Nate kisses Klutz as if it was his first time putting his lips on hers, feeling the cold of the water hitting him and the breeze of the wind coming in would have made a normal person push away, but Nate could only feel the heat running through his body.

"You know I didn't tell you this before, but you don't have to be human to be to have a family" Nate said shivering while seeing his breath "Besides how cool of a story will it be if we have kids and we tell them how we meet...leaving the me stabbing you part out" he said laughing and still shivering.

Kerrigan in the dull yet natural sunlight looked to Nate and blushed, it this light she could feel that all of her was being seen. The natural her in this light. She looked to Nate as he pressed his warm yet chilled hand to her face. even she could feel the water was cold, but the heat from Nate's hand and feeling the kiss on her lips sent a wave of heat through her.

Once the kiss was broken all Kerrigan could do was look to Nate and pant. She looked to him about hearing his voice and maybe telling his story. Kerrigan wrapped her arms around him pressing her body closer after she saw NAte shivering. She smiled as she looked to him with a laugh."It would be quite the story to tell the children if we did have them. And of course we would havt to leave that last bit out. " she said with a smile enjoying the moment they had toghether.

While still shivering Nate imagined for a second what kind of mother Klutz would be, he knew that she would be extremely caring, fun, and be able to know what kind of candy the kid want because they have the same taste. After the cool snaps Nate he saw it getting to Klutz to, he pulls him and Klutz out of it and runs to the car grabbing the blanket that was on Klutz's lap. Wrapping the blanket around Klutz Nate rubs her arms so she could get warm "We should really get some sleep, if we drive all night tonight we should be there just before the sun comes up"

Kerrigan looked to Nate as she closed her eyes leaning agasint him. She too couldn't help, but to imagine what I would be like if they had a kid together. The child would crave sweets as much as she would, and let alone, the child would be half human so she would have to limit its sugar intake. She smiled as she felt herself shivering, she then was surprised as Nate pulled her out of the rain and wrapped her in the blanket trying to warm her up. She smiled putting a hand on his arm and pulled him into the hay stack. She curled around him wrapping them in the thick and warm blanket.

"We should Nate, but Don't think im going to let you sleep by yourself as cold as you are. Im a vampire, I can't get sick as easily as you could. " she said with a smile, her delicate body curling up against his. closing her eyes, she put a hand on his face pulling him in for a goodnight kiss. "Sleep well Nate, And I hope I don't cuddle you too much in my sleep." she said with a laugh yawning.

Nate feel into the hay stack feeling the surprising comfortableness of it, then again with Klutz he could have been laying on a pile of rocks an still would have been comfortable. As Klutz wraps the blanket around them both and says goodnight Nate begins to drift off remembering all he had do last night and how unbelievable tired he was, tomorrow he would have to go see Jackie and if he had the choice he really would like to avoid that, but at least there's something good to look forward to when he gets home.

Nate slept almost as hard as he did that day him and Klutz where together and ass he slept he could feel klutz cuddle up close to him as he drifted in and out.
