**Children have been given powers through a genetically modified virus which infested the majority of children above ten, and below twenty one throughout the entirety of America. Almost 73 million children were affected. America was placed on quarantine via President Gray and National Advisors of the United Nations to prevent the virus from spreading. The military has hired several militants to preserve and protect the quarantine. The quarantine required; (forceful) evacuation, or eviction for anyone under the age of eight teen. Anarchy has broken out in most cities, rioting, the crime rate went up almost sixty percent since the evacuation was announced. Children all across America were taken from their schools with or without parents knowledge or permission to relocation camps throughout the states. There they are given a color. Green. Blue. Yellow. Orange. Red. Weakest to strongest. Green is irrelevant abilities, such as; enhanced speed.. vision, etcetera. Red, yellow & orange are dangerous abilities. Psychokinesis. The ability to kill people merely by having them look in you eyes. Elemental abilities. The ones who were orange and above were sanctioned out by the military and killed. The roleplay takes place just outside of Montana in a camp. More like a prison.**
