Green eyes narrowed as Ry took in what her partner had to say. A deep frown ran across her lips and she started to look upwards, searching the roofs for a good vantage point. Most of the builds were a few stories high, not much higher than apartments perhaps, maybe a little higher. A few rose to peaks, their roofs un-inhabitable for viewing, but...

The dark woman raised her hand and pointed. "There. Someone would be able to see most of this town from up there and be out of the way enough not to be caught up in the chaos." She turned around, already starting to draw her shadows around her feet. "I'll go in short leaps, I'm already running low thanks to trying to drain the d*mn thing. I'll wait until I see you interupt it and then I'll move."

Ry paused for a moment in mid turn, about to disappear into her long hair. "Don't leave me up there alone too long. Just in case." And then she was gone.

Well, the next bit was all up to her. It wouldn't be too hard, after all, she was the tank of this trio, not to mention the 'leader'.

After thinking it through she didn't see the point of going down stairs, so she backed up a bit and then charged full force at the window, shattering the thing and diving back into the water. It was growing deeper at an alarming rate- she needed to crush this thing quickly.

The dive took her down to a decent depth. Swimming she made her way to a car as close to the ring as she could get. Grasping at the bumber, she was suddenly grounded as the car was lifted over her head. She walked, almost leasurely over to the ring and then swung the car down, aiming for the odd device.

But the darn current changed again, sweeping the car out of her grip and into the geyser, to be launched, hopefully not onto any unsuspecting innocents.

Mentally cursing Mina swam back up for breath, then dived once more, going straight for the device. Gritting her jaw, she went right up to the thing, being electrocuted, but her grip was strong on the ring, and with a bit of effort she squeezed and twisted. There was a water logged shriek and whine of metal before it broke. Mina shoved the metal out of the way and reached for more, noticing that she had yet to create enough damage to stop the geyser. It was a few more moments before she was fully through the ring and the 'portal' closed stopping the geyser.

Her lungs burning uncomfortably, she swam up to gasp in several breaths of air. After they got the bad guy, the real work would start... clean-up. Egh.

Luna hurried people away from the scene trying to keep an eye out for stranglers. Thankfully there had been more police officers on the other side that, after a bit more yelling, she had gotten to help her with all these people.

She mentally shook her head at the people. you would think they had never seem this much water before! Oh wait, desert, okay that did make sense but still! people were just standing there gaping at the d*mn thing!

A scream caught her attention and she swung around to see a car come flying out of the geyser towards a lingering group of civilians. she sprinted at them beginning to morph again as she ran. Her muscles rippling and her body swelling in size again. Unfortunately there were too many people for her to actually grab and move out of the way so she would have to stop the car it's self.

She grimaced. This was probably going to hurt a bit.

Finally close enough she stood in front of the crowd as a large gorilla, her large leathery hands poised to catch the on coming vehicle. With a crash it slammed into her knocking her back by a good few feet. The metal whined and creaked as she tried to keep her grip on it long enough to knock it out of the way.

Ry was doing just as she said, using small bursts of her power to take her closer to the looming tower. She didn't know much of the area and had drained herself greatly already by trying to manipulate her shadows on a roof. What she was planning to do when she arrived at her destination was going to be just as exhausting. No. It was going to be more so because who ever or what ever was up there, was going to fight back. That was always guarenteed in these sorts of situations.

Each building and room the dark female entered was brimming with people anxious to have their normal lives return to them. Many were lost in hysterics, being comforted by those that took the shock far better. Any time she girl of shadows was approached, she proved what the press always said. She was not the one in charge of good relations in the group. One would think that her particular gift would be a good enough warning for that.

Finally all forward motion stopped. A small shadow behind a metal vent left her on the roof of her destination. Carefully she kept low, looking around the corner to see if she could find the one responsible. Her green eyes searched intently infront of her, towards the battle, but she saw nothing. She looked back quickly and that way remained empty as well.

The shriek of metal too large to be manipulated by hands reached Ry's ears, though just barely. Seeing no one and knowing it was time to make a move, she stood, hoping the being was on the other side of the vent where her vision had been blocked.

Low and behold. There he was. Now all the dark woman had to do was buy time for the other girls to join her. She knew better than to try and take on a 'boss' so to speak, on her own. Especially drained like she was.

Very carefully she stepped out of her hiding spot, moving sideways, hands out to her side in a non-threatening gesture. "You know we aren't going to let you move your overflor here, jerk off." A beam of water, shot towards her as his reaction flung out his arm. She dived to the side, ending up behind another vent.

"You have no choice Mortal." His voice was strange, but arrogance was a universal tone apparently. "My worshippers will have your little world, for I am a providing God." The dark hero heard something hit the vent she was hiding behind and watched it ice over.

A would be God? Eh. Lovely.

[By the way girls, no, he isn't a proper God. Think Stargate and Goa'uld. He thinks he's a god because he has tools on his person that give him power. Again. Goa'uld. He's just a nicely non-aging, megalomaniac]

Thankfully, clean-up wasn't her job.

Sooo... She needed to get over to where Ry said the likeliest spot for the Mastermind to view his damage. Lets see... It was... That one. She thought. It was far easier to swim over there without the harsh current driving her this way and that.

It looked like she had two options. Scale the building, or break a window and climb some stairs. Scaling the building it was.

Mina grabbed a piece of siding and pulled/pushed herself out of the water and started climbing to the top of the building. After only a few moments she popped over the side of the roof and she was looking at... The back of what looked like a male figure.

"Did I miss the introductions?"

Shifting back to her human for Luna scaned the water for Mina. The water had thankfuly stopped flowing in but now they had to deal with the one responsible for the whole mess.

Unfortunately she wasn't as good at dicerning the placements of villans and the like so she would have to trail after the white haired female. Her eyes cought a flash of neon green withing the water as Mina made her way up the building.

Hmm that one? It would be best to have the element of suprise with this for now and she didn't feel like climbing buildings so a hawk should do nicely.

She shifed into her feathery form and took flight rising higher and higher into air. She glided above the building taking in the sight below.

Ry poked experimentally at the ice covered, testing its strength among other things. It was cold to the touch as it could be, but she was able to chip it fairly easily with her nail. So it wasn't real ice in that sense. "Mortal? Really?" She spoke really, only to buy more time for the other girls to get here. "I wouldn't consider in Sup on this planet to be a proper mortal. Can mortals do things like this?" She'd gathered energy from her shadows in her hands as she spoke and flung it like a fireball as the male from around the corner of her vent. It wouldn't hit, she knew. After all, she hadn't aimed. The only response she got was laughter.

A strange sort of crackling sounded near where the dark woman leaned against the ice and metal. She frowned, turning in her kneel and let her eyes widen a bit. The metal under the ice was being eaten away, disappearing like some sort of hungry bugs were chewing away on it. Just another thing is didn't have in common with normal ice. Normal ice didn't make matter disappear to nothing in a matter of moments.

Another sound, one far more welcome than the last, made Ry grin. Mina's voice was always a welcome distraction. She stood and strode out of hiding, though her muscles were tensed to dodge another attack should it come from their megalomaniac villain. "Just a crazy playing at God." She jumped a little and rolled to miss a bolt of that water beam hitting here at calling him crazy, and threw another ball of shadow and energy at the man, aim true. It hit him square in the chest while his face showed only confidence. For a moment she thought it had down nothing, but then she noticed his eyes go wide and watched him rip off his shirt that had caught with a cold flame and force out his hand with another beam.

It was weird, intercepting the beam, because Mina knew that it would either freeze her entire forearm, and therefore lose it; or maybe, just maybe, she would catch it. It was a small chance, but Mina was willing to take it. And low and behold, besides a very cold feeling in her palms, and her pinky getting fully frozen, she was holding a little ball of frozen... Powery stuff. Somehow she was pretty sure that that should not have worked, but with a shrug, she chucked the ball right back at the 'god'ling.

He dodged it, mostly, some of it getting on his left leg as he tried to dance away. It was rather interesting to watch him as he tried to extracate himself from that portion of his pants. It almost made up for the pain of her pinky disintigrating. Definately not a feeling she would recommend, this disintigration.

The baddie agreed with me, as he was now standing in nothing but what must pass for a pair of boxer shorts in his world. She smiled. "My, aren't you good lookin."

He angered at the fact of looking the fool, and tossed another beam Mina's way. This one, she dodged... while heading straight for him. "HYAAAAA!" She yelled as she pounced to tackle him to the ground.

Luna was really wishing she had some form of telepathy or something so they could plan some sort of attack. For now she still had the element of surprise on her side but she really wasn't sure how much of a help that would be for her. Many attack ideas were running through her head as she circled the scene. She could fly up high, shift to human and then into some sort of large creature to crush him. Though there was the chance she would not only destroy the building, but could also injure her teammates.

Though as she saw the wanna-be god stripping off his pants she couldn't help but let out a bit of a laugh, which coming from a bird would sound rather peculiar. That and the horrible thought of how they were slowly stripping the man made her tempted to attack the remaining underpants to further humiliate him.

If only there was a way for her to stop him from attacking or using his powers!

Suddenly an idea came to her and she dove towards the fight. She would have to be quiet and quick. Hopefully the other two wouldn't give away her presence. Though the man seemed to be more occupied with is trousers.

She had worked with Mina enough to know how her brain worked and sure enough as Luna landed behind the god'ling Mina charged to tackle him. As they tumbled to the ground Luna had shifted into a large boa constrictor. She slithered over the short distance and began to wrap herself around the mans arms and the part of his torso she could manage.

Back in the beginning when Ry had looked at the world and known that she would be one of its great heroes, she'd thought she would be a loner. She would avoid those strange teams full of mushy useless stuff and just get the job done and go home. Of course, back then she was nothing more than a heart broken child blaming her mother for her poor choices. Part of that hadn't changed, but the rest... She could honestly say that she wouldn't give up anything for these two girls. Not that she could think of at the moment.

Mina's speed and strength were suddenly commanding the would-be-god's attention and she was left to catch her breath for a moment. A streaking sight of pink and then similar ropes wrapping around the masculine form said that Luna was in the battle as well. The dark girl gathered energy in her hands again, forming another ball of energy. She couldn't decide yet to send it into his face or his crotch. Certainly a nude villain was a useless villain. However, as she watched, energy gathered in a crystal attached to his hand, glowing warmly and she knew her target.

The purple and black cold flames hit the target in moments, shattering the technology on contact, something the girl's could appreciate, but he did not. The man yelled out in pain as the energies from the two weapons combined into a small explosion that left his hand bloody and his fingers little more than gore-y stumps. "B-but I'm a God!" His cries came out between struggles. Looking at him now it was just... Pitiful.

Dark brown shoulder slumped and their owner shook her head, rolling her eyes in disgust. "You're a wreck with an ego problem. Ugh." She gathered the last bit of her hold over shadows in this blinding daylight and pooled them under the guys legs, sucking them down into nothing and effectively immobilizing him. She considered for a split second cutting the connection off with him within, but figured she didn't want to force the clean up crew to deal with his upper and lower body in dead, separate parts.

Mina let out a sigh, took out her phone (that was thankfully water proof) and dialed Clean-Up..... and Creature Control, and Pick-Up for the would-be-god. Their job was mostly done. Mostly. But they would likely have to stick around in case anyone else decided to take advantage of the chaos Mr.Godly created.

Oh, look, all the police were elsewhere doing croud control and creature round up? THat's like inviting all the criminals in the area, and even some of those that would not even think about it, to commit crimes. Bank roberies, jewelry stores, Underwear drawers... you name it. There were a lot of bad people out there.

"We can't go home yet. We have to wait till this is mostly under control. Plus.... Doctor Maniacal is still out there. Probably using our distraction to his advantage. Lets split up and keep an eye out... and make sure nobody gets eaten by our new... residents until creature control gets their hands on them."

Luna removed herself from the God'ling and shifted back to her human form as she looked out on the scene.

"Got it. I'll take that area." she said gesturing to their right where a few of the creatures seemed to be trying to get a bit restless. She Shifted back into her hawk form and dove to the scene clawing at a few of the more active creatures with her talons before landing a shifting back.

Currently there was no sign of the crazy Spaniard but that didn't mean too much. Thankfully most of the people had evacuated the area but most of the police were occupied with keeping people and leaving the rest of the city unprotected.

Thankfully one of the officers was relatively near by.

"We've got this mostly sorted out. Thank you for you help. You should have some of your other officers get back on their regular patrols. We don't want anyone taking advantage of the chaos."

Ry waited patiently while the others left, searching the city for those in trouble and the problems that could occur. She was exhausted and in no more fit shape to help them than the beasts with quickly fading water below. Besides, she still held their unwilling prisoner within her shadows, his lower body trapped out of sight while she allowed time for the clean up crew to arrive. It would take some time, at least half an hour before she would be releaved of her duty, the would be god taken off her hands and transported to the nearest base for processing before his imprisonment was arranged and the questions for him truly began. As soon as she was able, Ry was gone in a swirl of smoke, disappearing back into her room and letting scientists take over while she went to bed.

Mina had given Ry a light pat before she jumped off the building to a nieghboring roof to start a patrol of her own. Mina made sure she stuck close to the businesses and made sure that any questionable figures got a good look of who was watching them from above.

Mina may not be the most powerful of supers, but she was also no one to be trifled with either.

She only had to jump down and scare off one would-be- robber... but otherwise there was nothing major.

Apparently a florist was robbed, but only of a few bushels of flowers, mostly roses. No idea why.

Once Mina got home she made what she was sure was what Ry had wanted, meatloaf. She even knocked on the darker superhero's door- but at no answer she simple left a seran wrapped plate for her in the fridge.

Luna saw to it that the clean up teams and creature care got through the police blockade with minimal issues. After that she shifted into her hawk form and flew a patrol of her area keeping an eye out for would be problems. Thankfully none occured.

She returned home she passed out in her room after grabbing a bit of Mina's meat loaf. She would have to study later after shad rested a bit.

"So that we can have them properly cared for while in our custody." Ry drowned out any more the scientist had to say, rolling her eyes and crossing her arms beneath her chest, looking through the glass window at the underground lake. Swimming on the surface and sometimes out of sight below, were the aquatic creatures, man handled and transfered out of Phoenix to their little home in California. She would have been happy to kill them all, having little care for the creatures that had caused them such a pain with clean up, not to mention devoured innocent citizens. However, some were just beasts that knew no better than a shark would, meaning that her opinion was kept to herself.

The debrief about the creatures had been long. Three other sups were charged with their care. The first was a small girl, full of giggles and charm. Her talent with conversing with animals was priceless in a circumstance like this. Her older brother, only 12 himself, could grow any plant whether he knew how it grew or not. Working with his little sister, they'd made the place look like another world, showing that they would be a remarkable pair in the future, though their ages and genders said they would be on different teams. The third and final member of the care crew, was a guy people called Tazz. He looked like a hobo, acted like a jerk, and had control over light. Of course, at the moment it was official business so he was Jacob, hair brushed back and dressed in his uniform. Yes sirs and yes ma'ams fell from his lips and he winked when ever it suited him at the three lovely women before him. His job was to make a sun, small of course, just big enough for the underground cavern, but it would give the illussion of a true environment. It would raise and set at proper intervals and life would be good for them all.

"Ry, are you even listening anymore?" The twelve year old plant boy tugged on the side of the woman's clothes to get her attention. She blinked and shrugged. "Not really." A slight grin and a wink went to him at the same time as "Dismissed" left the lips of their tour guide. "See you later squirt. Come over later and have Mina make you a big old ice cream for how good a job you're doing. Bring your sister too." He nodded enthusiasticly at her and she shifted away, walking towards the elevator to go back above ground and get home.

Mina watched and payed attention to the tour. All of this was important, especially since it was going to be underneath where they were living.

She did, however, get distracted by Tazz. He seemed very familiar and Mina just couldn't place the Super. Had she met him at one of the anual balls? Perhaps at the Team Off? Neither seemed quite right, though she was sure he was there at least once on one of those. No there was something else.

She returned her attention back to the guide and once it was continued and she turned to take another look at Tazz she heard him speak again and there was instant recognition. He was the hobo who was sometimes down the street looking pitiful and hungry!

With a frown marring her face she came over and gave the man a light punch in the shoulder (for her)- one that would assure he would at least get a bruise there in the morning. "You sneak! I've been giving you free food for weeks!" Because of course, Mina would not let a hobo starve anywhere near her store. Everyone deserves food.

She huffed at them then turned away and headed after Ry, the darker Super already walking back to their apartment. She brightened at the sight of the children and gave them a wave as they rushed away, but otherwise just fell into step beside her friend.

Luna tried her best to listen to the guide. It was, after all, important information for them but her mind and eyes trailed over to the two children and the creatures withing the glass world. The girl chattered with some of the cratures as they swam near the wall.

The pink haired girl would deffinatly become good frinds with the little girl, there powers did after all complement each other. Perhaps she could help Luna learn more about the creatures. Some of their forms would be useful in fights. Not to mention that new species in general intrigued her.

She was brought back to the meeting as Mina landed a hit on the hobo man eliciting a chuckle from not only her but the two children as well. She followed after her partners out of the room waving at the children and tossing a knowing wink at the llittle girl who giggled and waved a bit more enthusiastically.

Elevator, hall way, stairs, door, side walk, door, home. That was the process to get Ry back into the comfort of their abode. Lunch was passed, dinner wasn't yet on its way, and there were no alarms blaring through their apartment, though where they lived was practically a house, all things considered. She moved through the living room, making a bee-line to her bedroom, unconcerned with the option her room mates would make to fill their afternoon. Instead she gathered up her game system and controllers, all three of them, and dragged them back out to their only TV. The it was back into the bedroom to change into something more comfortable, more notably on over sized button up that had seen better days, and went back to set up her game.
