hey, howdy, hi. i'm red/nine and i suck at intros! i'm a beginner artist and also a writer, and i've been roleplaying for about the past 6 years.

my favorite genre is modern set with adventure/action and sometimes fantasy elements mixed in. i have all kinds of characters, but my main ones i'm interested in are the only ones i have up right now! i love shipping and creating lasting relationships with our characters. i also have a bad habit of drawing out rp scenarios and our characters, whoops.

i'm kind of shy, so the chances i'll contact you first are pretty slim. i promise i warm up, just introduce yourself!! if you want to RP with me, look in this thread for an example and what not, then shoot me a message

First of all, don't worry about shyness! We're all a little... er... anti-person-ish at some time or another. Antisocially quiet. Quietly antisocial. You know what I mean. (Some of us more often than others, yeah? ) Either way, it's great to see that you've joined us here on RPR; we're all glad to have you.

Moreover, I'm happy to see that you've already got a grip on this website. Character, check. Starting RP, check. (Making my self-proclaimed job considerably easier. ) As it looks as though you're pretty dedicated to your characters, you might benefit from checking this article to help further beautify your characters' profiles! And, as I can see you're also an artist, you could also check out the "Art and Creativity" forum, if you haven't already.

Yeah, so that's just about it. Looks like you're finding your way around pretty well. However, if you do ever have any questions, don't hesitate to message just about anyone on the site (including me, though I doubt I'd be able to help much). The search bar at the top right of the page is also extremely helpful; there's at least one article on just about every topic you can imagine! Our moderators are also a great source of advice and information, if you ever feel the need to message one of them.

I honestly hope that you enjoy your time here at the RPR! I'm sure you'll very quickly integrate yourself in a (or several ) roleplays. Just... well, you know. As cliche as it sounds, have fun!

I think RPR is perfect for shy people (me included), imo it has the right features that mean you only get contact as much or as little as you need. And, lucky for you, your favourite genres are very popular. Welcome to RPR
