I'm not sure if this is the right place to place this, so I apologize if it's not.
Over time, I have deleted notes on my phone that I thought I would never use again. Problem is, now I can use those notes, but I have deleted them. I tried to reinstall the notes app and do some iCloud-stuff - because that's what Google recommended, but that sadly didn't help at all.
Does anybody know how I can possibly restore my deleted notes, preferably without having to download a programme to my computer or phone?

This board is technically for help on the site. I think Smalltalk might be the right place for it, but we can ask a mod for help with it.
Regarding your issue, that's probably something to take up with Apple support. I don't know what your setup is and which programs you used, but here's a link that might help: https://support.apple.com/kb/ph21257?locale=en_US
If you're using any other apps to manage your notes, you should get in touch with the developer and ask what options there are for their specific app.
Otherwise it's probably a good idea to post on a forum that focuses on Apple products, as they're likely more experienced and have better info than we do. If you were relying on cloud storage and it's been more than 30 days, I don't have high hopes for recovery based on the results I've come across though, sorry.
