hello hello. i've been dying to use my character dev who's, surprise, a serial killer. all of the information about him/how i play him can be found on his profile so please read that before commenting or messaging or anything 
i don't really have any ideas for a plot, honestly. i just really want to use dev lol. the only idea i really have is a modern day type of setting for him because his canon universe is 1912 so he's tailored to fit into historical universes. i think it'd be interesting to change it up with him.
if you're interested, i would be completely down with plotting something out via PM! i don't really like talking here on the forums because of my anxiety, so if you do comment, i'll probably just end up privately messaging you.

- i'm seventeen so no smut. i'm not comfortable roleplaying with anyone under the age of fifteen.
- i'm not picky about reply length as long as it's not a one-liner. i write a lot, but there's absolutely no pressure to match my length. my replies usually range around 6-7 paragraphs. the bare minimum i expect is about a paragraph or so.
- please no script format. i write in third person and i expect that my partners will do the same.
- sometimes i go awol for a little bit but i'll always try to let you know if it will be awhile before i can reply.

Magic is rare, but not unheard of. Mundane characters may or may not believe in it. Magical characters may form small and exclusive pockets for study, protection, etc.
Modern
Combat is expected as part of the storyline but it won't dominate the plot.
