Missy laughs. "Oh, I really like you!! Ok, now I feel like a spar." she says...but her shields don't activate. Strange. Maybe she was waiting for someone to give her permission...she was weird like that.

"And now I am reminded once again why arguing with children is pointless, they feel the need to brag about things they do not understand. I said nothing of chairs, but it's interesting you think that would be all I could throw at you. What a narrow-minded notion."

"And you," he says to the Avatar. "As for you, you must have a selective memory, or perhaps you are selectively deaf instead--do others from your world behave so rashly? I already stated I am not engaging in pointless fisticuffs--and I never said I specialize."

"Hmm...one born of royalty with high magical potential...it is only natural there be a hint of arrogence

Korra smiles at Melissa. "Thanks! You seem really cool. We should hang out!"

Then to Samson. "Well, first of all, yes. Most of 'em are this rash. Second, I'm neither of those things-- err.. for the most part anyway. What I am is conflict resolution expert, and someone who antagonizes everyone he meets like you is just begging for a fight, so I figure I'd give you what you want and make sure you don't run into a blood crazed god of murder first. A lot of those walking around here. Believe it or not, I'm trying to protect you! But hey, if you don't wanna take my offer, suit yourself. Keep being all pent up."

"Hm.. now that I think about it, you kinna remind me of this royal I once knew. Always so full of herself. Thought the whole world was at her disposal. She kinna got assassinated."

"Curious that you think I need protection...as well as the manner you choose to express it." Brows raise for a moment, before lips curl in faint amusement. "Perhaps more well-intentioned than you initially appear. On the whole, you are an interesting person."

"And if this royal you speak of was weak enough to fall to an assassin she did not deserve to rule. I know how far my domain will be when it is my time to rule, I have no need or desire to extend it further."

The witch sighed in relief as everyone started to move on from the sudden gesture of her commander, carefully scooting herself back into her seat and listening further to the conversation. Said commander scoffed before making slow and precise movements to reholster her gun, her momentum soon dissipating before going straight back to her booze, most likely one of the reasons why she shot the bullet in the first place. In her own roundabout way, she did stop them from arguing like the witch had wanted, so her job here was done.

In the meanwhile, two other souls were watching the continuous chattering with interest from their little area set to themselves, before one decided to speak up with his own prideful tenor.

"I ain't neva heard such pompous lunacy in all m' years o' living, man." The new voice came from a much shorter male, no taller than the wild female who shot the gun earlier, but he didn't appear to be interested in fighting... Not unless someone decided to give him a reason to anyway. He squinted his sharp gaze at the noble behind his spectacles to get a better look at him, then rolled his eyes at an apparent realization.

"Wait a minute... Tch, all y'all prissy types start t' meld togeth'r 'n look alike at sum point 'r anothe', so uh..." Leaning on the table in a relaxed position, he began to stretch against the wood. Letting his back arch in a surprisingly graceful line, he rested his head on a casual knuckle before finishing his statement. "Mind tellin' me why ye oughta be so high 'n mighty again?" The newcomer looked like he was getting ready to listen to the male's (possibly lengthy) answer... Or was preparing himself to nod off for a little while. Most likely the latter.

"You would imagine...That they act that way to feel better about themselves."

"OOOOOOOOOOh your hair I just love it, it's like mine. We should do a duo, you half angle with flowing white hair, and me with my elegant half god body with an equally elegant hair. It is perfect." He quickly whipped around the man and in a genuine none flirty way grabbed his head and pulled Sepharophs forehead to his own, "what do you say?"

Huitzilopotchli sighs and buries his face in his hand, clearly embarrassed of Ixthis' behavior.

He snarls at his father, "oh what do you care, I and my brothers never had your cares, but now you do. Begon old sun god, leave me be, go wage some petty war or something."
((That actually surprised me. How convenient a character!!!))

"Me? Half-angel? Hmph...I am the Chosen One. I am the one destined to rule this Planet..."

"Understand, my son, that I am a God of War and Blood. It is not in my domain to know how to raise a family. If I ever showed you neglect, it was not because I did not care, but... because I did not know what to do." He says to the lamia demi-god.

(Indeed, that was very convenient!)

Frowns at the both of them, "Ugh," then pushes Sephiroth towards his father, "maybe you two should pair up both want supreme dominance."

"Sure go ahead. Would make a fun opponent for me and Jin...you on the other hand snake man...you don't seem to be the type that would be very entertaining."

He gasps, “but you my dear friend are a beauty.” Slithers up and looks him over, “such lovely eyes and so strong looking. What’s your name?!”

The prince seems to be learning from previous encounters, ignoring the attempt at needling from the male wearing spectacles. Instead he seems intent on studying all the fascinating new characters that have appeared on the scene, particularly the one who seems to be...part snake? "Excuse me, did you say you are a...demigod? What sort of...demigod...are you?"

Ixthis smiled at the king, before moving around him to toy with the young man, “why I’m a demigod of the radiant and happy nature of the sun. Gentle and playful. What about you, handsome, what are you of? Hm?”
