"Most destructive thing known to man apart from maybe the space station I created a new world in, when that was done the station itself and the city below were the only things left."
"Yare yare..." Leo groaned out with more than a touch of annoyance. The vein in his head was now quite clearly visible and bulging. He pinched the bridge of his nose and held his eyes tightly shut. He maintained this for a while before he finally burst out, "You all have such roundabout ways of doing things! The only practical one out of the lot is a Ya-Ku-Za little prince boy who, I am willing to bet, only did what he did for the sake of showing off!"
"Eh...? Ya-ku...What now? I'm, uh...confused."
"I believe they refer to the Yakuza, a crime syndicate originating from Japan. They equivalate to the Mafia in other countries."
"So...What would you say about a group like the Schutzstaffel?...Or, the Gestapo, I wonder..."
"No!" Leo interjected, rather annoyed that the one who was trying to translate his words some how managed to mix it up. "Ya-Ku-Za! Good-for-nothing. It is true that Yakuza is also what those damned gangsters are called, but I meant the literal meaning of Ya-Ku-Za. Well...the literal meaning would be 8-9-3....but that is because 8, 9 and 3 is a good-for-nothing hand....why is this so complicated?"
"Du sollst so sagen..." She says this with a German accent, because...You know. It means, "You should have said so.", basically...
"Indeed he should have...also I believe he means me, though I'm not sure whether to feel congratulated for being called practical, or insulted for being called a good for nothing little boy." His face bears a very odd expression, openly displaying the same kind of confusion his words expressed. "Considering neither of those appellations is accurate. So what if I felt like showing off? A mage needs to expend mana anyway if he doesn't want it to build up in him to the point of exploding out and cause uncontrolled effects in all directions. Every mage on the continent knows this--I might as well have some fun doing it, too."
"Hah!" Leo scoffed at the boy's statement. “Ya-Ku-Za, I am not sure who fooled you, but mages do not need to use magic so they do not explode. Perhaps the mages on your continent are just on a much lower level than the mages where I am from."
"Excuse me, I think that the chainsaw method is a pretty straightforward one, thankyouverymuch!"
"What are you guys even talking about?" Phina's eyes are wide as she looks around at the collected group. "I think you're all crazy."
"So what if they're crazy? The best people always are." Jonathon looks at Seraphina, his eyes narrowed.
Is my idea, or it get cold all of a sudden?
Kai looks over the rims of her shades at the woman before her. "You seem...cool," she says after a moment of observation. "Strong, independent, and a good sense of humor. I think I like you." Taking note of the umbrella Estela carries, she adds quietly, "Nice to see I'm not the only photosensitive one around here..."
Flandre's crimson eyes stare deeply and her lips part into a wicked, fanged smile. "Hello, little one. You have much to learn. Yes indeedy, heehee! Let's play sometime, or better yet, let's go on a hunt! Big sister Flan can teach you some things~."
"Uh...I think I know enough, thanks anyway...Heh."
A creepy thing
Jazz Hands
Her eyes sparkle with suppressed humor at the comment from the person who'd spoken before her. "Now you..." She looks at them, "You seem like someone with an excellent sense of humor."
