"What... ?" - The word comes by reflex behind the mask. Naturally, his reaction would to reach for his gun and plant as many bullets on the individual. Of course, even if he did, the hypercosmic laws they found themselves in would immediately smite the masked stranger for doing so. But what actually made him only reach for his holster was the apparel of the kid before him.

He had seen war enough to not underestimate a child with a gun. Strip away the innocence of a child and you essentially turn it into a cold-blooded killer. Yet, this one was everything in the world. Daughter of a sportive hunter or, by a slightly chance, of an actual conscript. It was certain, however, that a professional marksman she was not.

"You? Sniper?" - He grunted, already knowing what he saw. - "Where's your gear? Cleaning equipment? That gun is rare, you won't find replacement parts anywhere. Why are you dressed to a university party? Where's your spotter? Your squad? You shouldn't be even here, you're the--" - He scoffed. "~Sniper~ I'm not supposed to know you even exist. That caliber is powerful. The recoil alone will destroy your arms in months."

The Revenant would keep rambling and rambling, on and on, about how tactically wrong this child was. He had seen an actual child soldier and they were not pretty, even less without equipment. Finally, a fourth individual came along and dragged him somewhere else, all while he still kept rambling.

"Well, I mean...The WA2000 isn't very big...I mean..."

"I really don't know you."

"Pfft, I don't know you either." Hope shakes her head slightly, "But...I think that you could be a relatively smart human being."

"Really, does anyone really know anyone, at this point?"

"Uh...Aren't we supposed to be givin' first impressions of the person directly above, and not necessarily the person who's, like, five spaces up?..."

"What are these spaces that you speak of?" Samson asked. He did not seem to be able to see through the 4th wall the way some others could.

"You see my young, arrogant prince. Some of us have heightened awareness of dimensions and how they work. These 'spaces' refer to the acclimation of actions in this interdimensional realm via what is known as a 'post'."

"Uh....Wow. I suppose that's one way to explain it..."

"He's a quite boorish individual, don't you think? You seem perceptive enough I think you would agree, my friend."

"Perceptive, eh? Well...I've been called worse, I guess. "Womanizing man-slut", for one." To be honest, that's basically what he is... "I'm not that bad!" ...Is he sure about that?

"Well, uh... You look rather interesting, mister," the merchant piped up. Indeed, she didn't have much to say on his womanizing ways or his flirtatiousness, but found the mystic warrior simply... Curious.

Samson turned to look at Merrin--and more importantly, into her. "You seem intriguing--you should get a teacher for that untapped potential in you...if you would be willing I could see about arranging instruction for you."

"Well, my teacher is annoying, although I think he wouldn't mind having to teach another student. He's a powerful mage, that one, albeit makes stupid moves sometimes." Sisti felt like chiming in, rolling her eyes at the mere thought of him. She went off, searching for her best friend.

"Yet another magic user with an acute lack of focus! Hm, I'm starting to suspect the arcane arts lead to highly eccentric behavior on whoever taps into its power. More research is required."

"That does indeed tend to be the case, from what I have observed typically those studying dark magic produce the most...unique...personality quirks."

He sniffed derisively. "The dark element has been banned for centuries, what do you think we are, criminals? And it is an ignorant view to believe it has anything to do with personality--it is due to the difficulty in controlling its' destructive tendencies!"

My eyes dart to the seemingly royal, blonde male standing before me. "My, you look like the kind of person who would kill someone for giving you a wrong look... Oh- did I say that aloud?" I lean back a little, straightening my back and crossing my arms while looking away. "I-I mean! Haha, never the mind...." my voice shakes a little bit.
