Hello, everyone! You see, I have a world I'd like to share, however it's mostly just on paper. I was wondering what would be the easiest way to share it on the internet, and what other people would say about this.
I considered Wikia, since a wikipedia-like thing would be best, but I've heard bad things about it in terms of it's copyright, I'd like to avoid it. Other websites similar to Wikia, like shoutwiki, doesn't have it's ease of use, and I'm not great with coding. Are there any other options you guys use for posting world-building information?

If you’re looking for a site to dedicate to it, then you could use something like Weebly or Wix, which are website creators. You can use them for free and even restrict page access to an extent. It does not require any coding, just adding witdgets and text. The biggest ‘struggle’ would be how you want to organize it.
Otherwise, you could always use an RPR group or character slot to dedicate to the world. It would entail much of the same organization as Wix or Weebly, but would provide you with a local, easily shared-on-RPR place to have the info.

Some helpful, easy-to-use tools you might want to check out would be notebook.ai and World Anvil!
I've only had experience with using the latter, but I definitely know that WA has a lot of the same features the former does and is free to use (At least for the first two worlds you create.)
It's useful if you want something more user-friendly than the conventional type of wiki, but it also has wiki-like features like timelines, a tagging system you can use to link certain locations/characters/events/etc. together, a map with pindrops, basic BBcode support, and an active community you can get help and feedback from.
There's also stuff like customizable CSS theming and no ads for people that buy memberships, but I've been using the free version for ages and it still suits my needs nicely.
Oh, and this is from their site-
World Anvil shilling aside, r/worldbuilding is worth checking out if you want to find more world-sharing options.

Hey there! I wanted to reach out and say that I am loving this thread. I have never heard of any of these sites (except wikia) and this is fabulous.
I will also say that if your world is one that you eventually want to open up and have others roleplay in, I made mine a group here on the RPR. You can check it out here if you are of age. Just like character profiles here, it's simple to use and really easy to reorganize pages and lay things out how you like. If you want coding help, there's The Template Jam group here where you can ask for help or take the free coding samples they have offered there to help give your group some pizzazz. This place has a lot of very talented coders.
Be sure to pop back here when you've found a site that works for you and let us know how it goes!
