(It's my turn. Sorry, I was gone all day yesterday)
Guard with Rida "Good for you," the guard said, "Now state your business, femina," he ordered.
Guard with Kin "I think it is part of my business," the guard retorted, "I am a guard of the city you are now in, and you must abide by the city rules. Why is your hair and ears like that," it was a command more than a question.
Galeo The young man nodded and smiled, "I would love to come and meet her," he said and approached them. He gave a knowing wink to Ameer and then looked back at Anora, "When will be off to your kingdom?"

Kin looked at the guard." I'm an elf that's why." She started to walk away again. She wanted to go look around or explore the forest more.
Anora blinked in surprise when the Prince was coming willingly, "Um..well tomorrow morning, M'lord. Since my men are resting at the Inn tonight. We would leave tomorrow morning and get a fresh start." She hoped her men were resting and not partying like animals.
Guard with Kin "An elf? Like from the children's stories?"
Galeo "Wonderful. Come by when you're ready to go," he smiled pleasantly.
Galeo "Wonderful. Come by when you're ready to go," he smiled pleasantly.
Kin's ears twitched, making the ear chain on her ear make a small chiming noise." I guess. I keep forgetting that not many people know about elves." She looked at the gaurd.
Anora looked at Galeo then glance over to Ameer. She nodded her head as she walk back the way she came. Some of the guards followed her and Ameer out. When they were far enough away, she leaned over to the Prince and asked,"Now I'm surprised that the prince was actually nice. Was that actually the prince? Cause I saw him wink at you." Even though she didn't seem to notice, she did but she kept it to herself since she didn't wana create an incedent(sp).
Ameer laughed " oh yeah he's the prince.. we have grown up together. The only person i cant hide who i am from is him. Soemtimes we pick on each other like if we where brothers other than frinds" Ameer said
Galeo waved goodbye with a smile and then went about preparing for the journey to the other kingdom.
The guard nodded, "Are you a good luck elf or a bad luck elf?"
The guard nodded, "Are you a good luck elf or a bad luck elf?"
Kin looked at him." I'm a wood elf so good luck I guess. Bad luck is refering to dark elves which have gray skin." Kin's ear twitched." Not all dark elves are evil."
The guard looked confused. He didn't know the difference between elves besides the stories he had heard as a child that some roughy good luck and other brought bad luck.
Kin sighed." Look, just don't tell anyone I'm here. It'll attract a lot of unwanted people. Just say you have never seen an elf before if anyone asks." Kin turned away and started walking.
Anora smirked as they exited the castle,"Really? Interesting. Maybe this will be an interesting trip after all." As they walked she saw an elf talking to a guard. Narrowing her eyes, she walked over to the guard,"Excuse me is there a problem here?"
He scratched the back of his head, "No... At least, I don't think so..." he said, "Miss Elf... I'd like to bring you to our Caesar if you wouldn't mind," he said, not wanting to offend her for fear of getting bad luck.
Kin blinked and swallowed."....I guess....." She said silently, her ears twitching. She glanced Anora before looking back at the guard.
He smiled with relief, "Thank you," the Praetorian turned on his heel and led Kin towards the massive marble palace.
Kin followed. She looked up at the palace and saw a lot of guards. She swallowed and touched the strap of her quiver that was across her chest.
"No one will harm you," the Praetorian assured her, "Not if you're being escorted by a Praetorian such as myself," he smiled softly at her as they entered the main chamber.
Galeo had just returned when he saw the guard.
"Can I help you, Captain?" he asked.
"Yes, Prince Galeo. This woman here... She's an elf," he said an took a step back.
"An elf?" Galeo asked curiously and turned to look at Kin, "I thought elves were... Small..." he mused, "May I see your ears?"

Kin pulled down her hood, letting her long bluish gray hair fall down her back. Her ears twitched." I'm small for an elf. Most elven females and male are taller than you." She winced before pulling her ear chain out of her hair.
"Really? The elves in our stories are about yay big," he held his hand at about the level of the middle of hi shin, "Id say you're rather large for an elf," he laughed jovially.
"That creature, my friend, would be a dwarf or a halfling." Kin thought for a moment." Probably halflings since they still have pointed ears."
