The amount of cliques and condescending people make me want to retire altogether smh

Sorry. Just an extremely short rant

I found a true use for twitter besides dumb memes and getting to see peoples cool art.
I got a small little group of sonic fans there, coz sonic is cool, so whenever i'm struggling to figure out which writing project I want to work on, I just make a Twitter post and put it up to a poll. Brilliant, and it works.

Kinda like high school eh.


I agree that it is cyclical as far as activity. Same with people joining the site and people leaving. I also think the turbulence that is going on in the world of late has people thinking about other things besides roleplaying.

Two of my partners in different games have had personal issues. One game just got rolling again after a 6 week hiatus. The other I'm hoping to get moving again soon since it's the one I've been doing since I joined in 2018. My experience with this and other sites is that it slows down sometimes. Most of the long-term people like myself largely make private boards and our activity for the most part isn't public. There are occasional issues with spam bots and new people that don't know the etiquette and jump into private threads to which they were not invited. That's one of the nice things about making private groups. I myself have been a bit sporadic in recent months due to some personal things but hopefully in a few months I'll be back to full speed.

Yes there was a cleansing my friend. An aquarium cleansing that I had to do after the mess that was the substrate explosion in it.

Doing crazy good! I just finished one of my songs for a concept album (It's on Bandlab and soon on Youtube) I'm making. Supposed to have at least 10-12 songs but I'll see how it goes lol. Also just got back into digital art/drawing.

Sick!!!!!! That's so cool, I could never have the patience to make a song lol, lot less an album! That's super admirable! Also awesome! I love to draw, especially digital art too!!!!

I've been wanting to get into music creation myself, mostly so I can make sure there are more Mine Laru original songs in the world.

I have the skills of audio mixing and vocal synthesis, but not much outside of that
