I hope this isn't a silly question or for naught...
For context...
I bought a really adorable and awesome shirt that was on sale, they were buy one get one free so I got one shirt for free
I got two of the same shirt* specifically for the sake of giving one away on one of the websites I frequent and I'd like to do it here.
I want to host a giveaway in the smalltalk forum, where people can enter to win the shirt and what not and there would at the end be one winner who is randomly drawn and gets the shirt
The issue is that I'm not certain if that's allowed since it requires shipping and I'm uncertain if holding a giveaway where the winner would need to give me their address so I can ship the shirt is allowed.
Can anyone tell me if it is allowed or not?
* In case anyone is curious... I got the shirt in the biggest size available, a mens XL (fits up to womens 1X) specifically so that anyone size Small to XL( or 1X) could wear it it will just be more baggy on the smaller sized people.

For a question like this, it would be best to ask an admin directly through their pm’s so they could respond faster. 
And while on the topic of the giveaway, you should provide photos of the shirt so that nobody expects Superman and gets Batman. (This is an example)

Yes, I am aware and I am going to provide photos of the shirt.
Also I posted here because generally I get quicker responses via the help forum and not PM; but thanks for looking out.
I've done giveaways where an address was required, and commissions etc. It's not against the site rules, but you have to be sure to let minors know they need their parents'/ guardians' consent, and ask them if they got said consent before you ask them for their info - to cover your butt and to ensure they're not going against their parents' wishes. For most adults that doesn't apply obviously.
I would just make it clear that a requirement for entering is sharing an address that will take a package or envelope in the mail, so that nobody enters with the wrong expectations.
